Le rôle du psychologue clinicien en éducation thérapeutique des patients atteints de maladies chroniques

Abstract

Résumé: Cet article décrit comment le psychologue clinicien peut contribuer à un programme d’éducation thérapeutique. En tant que membre d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire, il participe aux différentes étapes de la démarche éducative, pour repérer, soutenir et renforcer les compétences d’adaptation ou compétences psychosociales. Il apporte ses connaissances et son savoir-faire dans le domaine psychologique afin de faciliter l’expression du ressenti et l’élaboration psychique du patient face à sa maladie et à ses traitements. Pour l’équipe, il est une aide complémentaire pour mieux comprendre le patient dans toutes ses dimensions, Par ailleurs l’ETP apporte au psychologue clinicien une ouverture et un champ d’action lui permettant d’exercer son métier en participant à un projet d’équipe, qui prend en compte la personne dans sa globalité. Mots clés : psychologues de la sante, rôle, accompagnements, éducation thérapeutique, représentations, acteurs de la sante. ملخص: يهدف هذه املقال إلى شرح كيف يمكن للمختص النفس ي العيادي المتخصص في الصحة التدخل في برنامج التربية العالجية)ETP)،كعضو في فريق متعدد التخصصات، يشارك في املراحل املختلفة للعملية التربوية العالجية، لدعم تفهم املريض ملرضه وتعزيز مواطن قو تهوموارده ومهاراتهفي التكيف، وذلك الستيعاب الإنتكاس وما يترتب عنه من تطور ومضاعفات ومختلف البروتوكوالت الدوائية التي يتبعها في عالجه الذي هو جزء من عملية التعافي والمساهمة في تحسين الصحة ككل. Abstract: This article describes how the clinical psychologist can contribute to a therapeutic education program. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, heparticipates in the different stages of the educational process, in order to identify, support and reinforce the adaptation skills or psychosocial skills. He brings his knowledge and his know-how into the psychological field in order to facilitate the expression of the feeling and the psychic elaboration of the patient facing his disease and its treatments. For the team, it is a complementary help to better understand the patient in all his dimensions. Furthermore, the TEP (therapeutic education program) gives the clinical psychologist an openness and a field of action enabling him to exercise his profession by participating in a team’ projectwhich takes into account the person as a whole.
