معايير جودة مواقع اللغة العربية ودورها في الارتقاء بها: دراسة تحليلية

Abstract

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد معايير الجودة في المواقع الالكترونية الخاصة باللغة العربية، ووظفت الباحثة أداة تحليل المحتوى في دراسة عشرة مواقع متخصصة. وتوصلت إلى أن هناك تفاوت بين المواقع اللغوية في الاعتناء بمعايير الجودة، الخاصة بالجهة المسؤولة، وأهدافها، ومعلوماتها، والمعايير الخاصة بالتناسق في العرض، والجاذبية في التصميم واستخدام الوسائط، وأكدت على أن هذه المعايير تقوم بدور مهم في تعميم وتدعيم ونشر وتعليم اللغة العربية للارتقاء بها. Abstract: The study aimed to determine the quality standards in the websites of the Arabic language. The researcher used the content analysis tool which is classified into different categories and weights concerned with form and content. The study was applied to ten specialized websites. The main findings show that there is a disparity between the linguistic sites in taking care of quality standards, the objectives and information, the criteria for consistency in presentation, the attractiveness in design and consistency in the presentation and use of media. The study highlights that these standards play an important role in the dissemination, consolidation, dissemination and teaching of the Arabic language to improve them. Résumé: L’étude étudie les normes de qualité sur les sites web en langue arabe, à l’aide de l’outil d’analyse de contenu qu’elle a appliqué dans l’analyse de dix sites spécialisés. Les résultats obtenus révèlent l’existence d’une disparité entre les sites linguistiques en ce qui concerne les normes de qualité, les objectifs et les informations, les critères de cohérence dans la présentation et l’attrait de la conception et de la cohérence dans la présentation et l’utilisation des médias. Ils mettent en évidence le rôle important de ces normes dans la diffusion, la consolidation, de l’enseignement de la langue arabe.
