علاقات الولاية الرابعة بالولاية الخامسة والسادسة من خلال اجتماع مطماطة 1957 أنموذجا

Abstract

تشكل العلاقات ببن الولايات محور النشاط الثوري سواء أكان ذلك في اطار التنظيم الثوري أو ما تمليه الظروف الميدانية على الارض ، و على اعتبار ان الولاية التاريخية الرابعة تتوسط معظم ولايات الثورة ، فإن عبء هذه العلاقات يقع حتما عليها لتصبح محورية في هذا السياق وعلى الرغم من ذاك فإن هذه العلاقات كانت تشكل احيانا توترات على المستوى القيادي ، وفي هذا السياق التاريخي يأتي الحديث عن تنظيم هذه العلاقات عن اجتماع مطماطة 1957 ، ليحاول الـتأسيس لهذه العلاقات فيما بين الولايتين الرابعة و الخامسة و كذا الولاية السادسة غير أنه ظل حبرا على ورق نتيجة لهذه التشنجات. لعبت الولاية التاريخية الرابعة دورا محوريا في العلاقات بين ولايات الثورة بما تفرضه عليها ميدانيا ظروف الثورة و كذا موقعها الجغرافي ، حيث تتوسط بقية الولايات ، فإن عبء هذه العلاقات يقع حتما عليها ، غير ان هذه العلاقات لم تكن رسمية وفق مواثيق الثورة و تنظيماتها مما ترتب عليه أحيانا شيئا من التوتر على المستوى القيادي .

The fourth historical state played a pivotal role in the relations between the states of the revolution, as imposed on them on the ground by the circumstances of therevolution, as well as its geographical location, where it mediates with the rest of the states. Sometimes there is a bit of tension at the leadership level, and in this historical context the talk comes about regulating these relations through the 1957 Matmata meeting, which tried to establish these relations between the fourth and fifth states as well as the sixth state, but this meeting remained a dead letter as a result of these tensions , until the revolution came to an end, completing the revolutionary achievement that the independence movement in particular and the Algerian people in general aspired to since the beginning of the national movement.
