Abstract

تهدف الورقة البحثية هذه للحديث عن الأوقاف في المغرب الأوسط خلال العصر الوسيط باعتبارها مظهرا من مظاهر التكافل الاجتماعي التي دعت إليه الشريعة الإسلامية، إذ سجلت لنا النصوص التاريخية أيام الزيانيين أمثلة كثيرة عن خدمة الأوقاف للمقاصد الضرورية في الشريعة الإسلامية في صورة حفظها للمال، والنفس، والدين، والعقل . خرجت الورقة البحثية بجملة من النتائج منها: نشطت المؤسسة الوقفية الزيانية خلال العصر الوسيط فقدّمت خدمات جليلة للفقراء والمساكين، ونظرا لأهميته يتطلب من الدولة الجزائرية إحياء الأوقاف لما لها من أثر إيجابي على المجتمع This research paper aims to talk about al’awqaf in the Maghreb central during the medieval era as a manifestation of social solidarity called for by Islamic law, During the Zayanid era, historical texts have recorded for us many instances of al’awqaf service for the Necessary purposes of Islamic law in the form of preservation of money, soul, religion, mind. The research paper came out with a number of results, including: The Zayanid waqf Foundation was active during the medieval era as it provided great services to the poor and needy, and given its importance, the Algerian state is asked to revive alwaqf because of their positive impact on society.
