الحاكم العام جول كامبون و سياسة فرنسا الإسلامية في الجزائر( 1891-1897 )

Abstract

نتوسم من خلال هذا المقال إبراز إرهاصات سياسة فرنسا الإسلامية في الجزائر بداية من النصف الثاني من القرن التاسع عشر، هذه السياسة القائمة على مبدأ التقارب بين فرنسا والجزائر التي دعا إليها العديد من المفكرين الفرنسيين وتبناها بعض السياسيين حفاظا على النفوذ الفرنسي بالجزائر.ومن أبرز هؤلاء الحاكم العام جول كامبون الذي انتهج أسلوبا مغايرا لأسلافه في تسيير الجزائر المستعمرة ،مجسدا ذلك في الإصلاحات التي قام بها في مختلف المجالات خلال فترة حكمه 1891-1897. Through this intervention, we aim to highlight the precursors of France's Islamic policy in Algeria, beginning in the second half of the nineteenth century. This policy is based on the principle of rapprochement between France and Algeria. Many French thinkers called for it and some politicians adopted it in order to preserve French influence in Algeria. Among the most prominent of these is the Governor-General. Jules Cambon, who adopted a different approach to his predecessors in the management of colonial Algeria, embodied in the reforms he carried out in various fields during his reign from 1891-1897.
