دور تطبيق متطلبات الصحة والسلامة المهنية Ohsas18001 في التقليل من الحوادث المهنية واتجاهات الإطارات نحوها.

Abstract

يعتبر تطبيق متطلبات الصحة والسلامة المهنية OHSAS 18001 من أهم الأساليب التي تساعد في التقليل من حوادث العمل التي أصبحت تمثل هاجسا كبيرا بالنسبة لأغلب المؤسسات في مختلف القطاعات، نظرا لما ينجم عنها من خسائر بشرية، معنوية ومادية معتبرة، وهذا ما يشكل عائقا في طريق النمو والتقدم خاصة لدول العالم الثالث، ولغرض جمع البيانات المتعلقة بالموضوع قمت الباحثة بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على مستوى مؤسسة صيدال لصناعة الأدوية الكائن مقرها ببلدية جسر قسنطينة، ولاية الجزائر، حيث أعدت استبيان يشتمل على: معلومات شخصية، إضافة إلى مقياس تطبيق متطلبات الصحة والسلامة المهنية OHSAS 18001 الواردة في مواصفات الإيزو للتقييس، وكذا مقياس لدراسة اتجاهات الإطارات نحو واقع تطبيق متطلبات نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية OHSAS 18001 للوقاية من حوادث العمل، وتم الاعتماد على كافة إطارات المؤسسة الذين بلغ عددهم 178 إطار، بعد ذلك قامت بمعالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها بواسطة الرزنامة الإحصائية SPSS، وقد توصلت إلى أن متطلبات الصحة والسلامة المهنية OHSAS 18001 مطبقة على مستوى المؤسسة بنسبة 89.16%، كما أن الإطارات لديهم اتجاهات إيجابية نحو إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية المنتهجة من طرف المؤسسة للوقاية من حوادث العمل.

The implementation of OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety requirements is considered one of the most important methods of reducing workplace accidents, which have become a major concern for most institutions in the various sectors, due to the significant human, moral and material losses that result, As part of this study, and with the aim of collecting data related to this subject, we conducted a field study at Saidal Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Corporation, size in the commune of Gué de Constantine, Algiers. We prepared a questionnaire that included personal information, measures to implement the OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety requirements contained in the ISO standardization specifications, and measures to study managers' attitudes to the reality of implementing the OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety system requirements for accident prevention in the workplace. The survey was based on the company's 178 managers, After processing the data obtained by the use of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences SPSS, we found that 89.16% of OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety requirements are applied at company level, and that managers have positive attitude towards the occupational health and safety management policy adopted by the company, the aim of which is to prevent workplace accidents.
