Abstract

ملخص: إلى املعطيات ًاستنادا والحقائق املدونة في دراسة ميدانية أجريت بالجزائر العاصمة سنة ،8102 نهدف في هذا المقال إلى املساهمة في التفكير حول وضعية التعليم العالي في الجزائر من خالل تحليل آراء ورؤى وقناعات الطلبة حول الأزمة الحالية لهذا القطاع وقياس مدى إدراكهم ووعيهم بالأسباب التي أدت إلى احتلال الجامعات الجزائرية لذيل الترتيب في سلم تصنيف الجامعات العاملية. و قد حاولنا رصد الحواجز أمام ًالتي تقف عائقا إنتاج الجامعات الجزائرية للمعرفة املوضوعية وتكوين اإلطارات الالزمة لقيادة االقتصاد الوطني. واخترنا الطلبة لتناول هذه الجوانب لكونهم شريحة اجتماعية تعايش الواقع اليومي لإلختالالت الوظيفية للنسق الجامعي، وألنهم أفضل شاهد على تدني المستوى العلمي والثقافي وحتى الأخالقي لمنظومة التعليم العالي في الجزائر. article, à l’analyse de la crise du système d’enseignement supérieur en Algérie. Nous traiterons cette crise à travers l’analyse de la vision et les convictions des étudiants en tant que partie concernée par cette question. Nous avons essayé de mesurer leur conscience sur les raisons qui ont amené les universités algériennes à être classées à la dernière place dans le classement des universités. Nous avons également essayé de cerner les obstacles qui empêchent les universités algériennes de progresser vers la production de connaissances scientifiques de haut niveau, et la formation des cadres compétents capables de diriger l'économie nationale. Les étudiants en tant que groupe sociale coexistent avec la réalité quotidienne des déséquilibres fonctionnels du système l'universitaire, ces derniers sont considérés comme un meilleur témoin du faible niveau scientifique et culturel et même moral du système d'enseignement supérieur en Algérie. Abstract: In this essay, we try to give a picture of the Algerian university, based on a vision and the beliefs of students as one of the groups concerned with the crisis of the higher education of system. At us effect we shall try to measure their awareness about the reasons that led Algerian universities to occupy the last place in the ranking of universities all around the world. We shall also try to identify the obstacles that prevent Algerian universities from progressing towards the production of quality training of the executives called to run the national economy. Students as a social group living the daily reality of the dysfunction of the university system, they are considered as the best witnesses of the low scientific, cultural and even moral level of the higher education system in Algeria.
