العمل العسكري والإداري و المدني للثورة بالمنطقة الثانية بالولاية السادسة التاريخية (1956-1962)

Abstract

لقد سايرت استراتيجية التنظيم العسكري والسياسي والإداري والمدني بالمنطقة الثانية من الولاية السادسة مراحل تطور الثورة المختلفة ،ولقد كان ذلك على مرحلتين تمثلت المرحلة الأولى في فترة ما قبل مؤتمر الصومام فقد تنوع النشاط العسكري ما بين معارك وكمائن وهجومات و اشتباكات قادتها كتائب جيش التحرير بالمنطقة ، وكان هدف هذه الاشتباكات زعزعت السياسة الاستعمارية وتمكين للثورة والسعي لنشرها في جميع الجهات لكسب المزيد من التأييد الشعبي. و قد تغيرت الاستراتيجية العسكرية و المدنية لتتخذ منحى آخر أكثر فعالية في مرحلة ما بعد مؤتمر الصومام 1956-1962 حيث عملت على مواكبة ترسيم المنطقة كولاية سادسة تجسيدا لقرارات مؤتمر الصومام فكان مرجعية لها في معظم التعليمات حيث تم تصعيد العمل العسكري و المدني هذا الأخير الذي اتسم بالتنظيم المحكم مما انعكس على العمل العسكري في مجابهة الاستعمارThe strategy of the military, political, administrative and civil organization in the second region of the sixth state has followed the various stages of development of the revolution, and this was in two stages, the first stage was in the period before the Somma Conference, the military activity varied between battles, ambushes, attacks and clashes led by the Liberation Army battalions in the region, and the goal of these clashes was to destabilize the colonial policy and enable the revolution and seek to spread it in all sides to gain more popular support. The military and civilian strategy has changed to take another more effective direction in the post-Somma Conference 1956-1962, where it worked to keep pace with the demarcation of the region as a sixth state as an embodiment of the decisions of the Somma Conference, so it was a reference for it in most of the instructions, where military and civil action was escalated, the latter was characterized by tight organization, which was reflected in the military action in the face of colonialism
