Abstract

يعد تكوين الموارد البشرية اليوم إحدى الانشغالات الإستراتيجية لتنمية وتطوير الكفاءات البشرية؛ لاسيما تلك المرتبطة بالسلوك والعلاقات الإنسانية بصفة عامة ونظم المعلومات الوثائقية بصفة خاصة. ارتبط اهتمامنا، من خلال هذا الموضوع، بدراسة الجوانب السلوكية، القيميّة، الثقافيّة والتنظيميّة. لم يعد التكوين -اليوم- مجرد وسيلة لإعداد الكفاءات البشرية بل ذلك ليصبح أحد المصادر الأساسية لتغذية وتنمية الموارد البشرية بالسلوكات والرؤى الشاملة نحو تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة عامة ونظم المعلومات الوثائقية خاصة، لاسيما تلك المرتبطة بالأطر العلاقاتيّة والاجتماعيّة والأخلاقيّة.

The formation of human resources today is one of the strategic preoccupations for the development and development of human competencies. Especially those related to behavior and human relations in general and documentary information systems in particular. Our interest, through this subject, was related to the study of the behavioral, value, cultural and organizational aspects. Formation - today - is no longer just a means for preparing human competencies, but rather it becomes one of the main sources for nourishing and developing human resources with comprehensive behaviors and visions towards achieving the goals of the institution in general and document information systems in particular, especially those related to the relational, social and ethical frameworks.
