الريادة الالكترونية وأثرها على العمل السياحي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بدور الريادة الالكترونية وأهميتها في إنجاح الحركة السياحية محليا وعالميا،وذلك باعتبارها حلقة وصل في التعرف على الإمكانيات المتاحة للمجموعات السياحية الراغبة في السفر والزيارة، كما أنها أداة ووسيلة في الحصول على المعلومات والمعارف المتعلقة بالمواقع الأثرية والمظاهر الطبيعية والثقافية والحضارية للبلدان المستقبلة، وقد حقق استخدام الريادة الالكترونية من خلال الأنترنات والمواقع الالكترونية فيها نجاحا كبيرا في مجال الفندقة وبيع الخدمات والمنتجات السياحية ومن هنا فإن موضوع الريادة الالكترونية موضوع هام ومثير أمام التقدم الهائل التي حققته البشرية في مجال الالكترونيات منذ مطلع القرن الحادي والعشرون وحتى الآن، وهوما يستحق الدراسة والبحث. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of electronic pioneered in the success of tourism in Jordan. The research was qualitative in its nature and the researcher distributed questionnaires among tourists as well as making interviews with them about using the internet to have information and services regarding tourism in general. Electronic pioneered and its role in the success of tourism is an important and exciting subject especially after the great success of the tourist hotels in Europe and America as the use of electronic means in tourism is based on the sale of the tourism service and products through the internet as a broker-mail, and since the electronic means were known and spread after the emergence of the internet then we have to begin here to apply and keep up with modern developments and technology regarding the sale of goods and tourism technology, especially that the world become a small village and business, trade , and industry are going easily among all countries of the world. The importance of the application of electronic means or the new term (electronic tourism) is to reach a greater degree of guest satisfaction as well as profits made by the property or hotels, and also inter the internet in the tourism and hotel work because of its advantages such as speed, efficiency, and work completion, as well as keeps up with what is new. Results showed that electronic pioneered have a great role in tourism promotion, and the researcher wrote some recommendations to enhance other researchers to study the role of other factors in the success of tourism in Jordan.
