قضايا غياب الزوج وأضرارها النفسية والعاطفية على الزوجة بالمغرب الأوسط خلال العهد الزياني (7-9ه/13-15م)."مقاربة سوسيو-فقهية"

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إثارة الانتباه حول مسألة الأضرار النفسية والعاطفية التي تلحق بالزوجة في مجتمع المغرب الأوسط خلال العهد الزياني بسبب غياب الزوج لفترات طويلة، لانشغاله بالتجارة، والحج، والانزواء للتعبد والزهد، إضافة إلى الانشغال بأمور الحرب، ولأجل خدمة اشكالية البحث اعتمدنا على المدونات النوازلية الشهيرة التي جلّ نوازلها تختص ببلاد المغرب الأوسط، وهذا من أجل وضع مقاربة اجتماعية ونفسية للزوجة في مجتمع المغرب الأوسط، وتتبع حركية الخطاب الفقهي وتفاعلاته مع قضية غياب الزوج، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن قضية غياب الزوج عن زوجته في بلاد المغرب الأوسط، كانت لها تأثيرات سلبية على الزوجة، وهو ما عكسته كمية النوازل المرتبطة بإشكالية الموضوع، خصوصا ما تعلق بمسألة رغباتها الجنسية التي كانت عاملا أساسيا في توجيه كثير من سلوكاتها، إذ أن مزيدا من التعمق في نوازل الفترة محل الدراسة يقود إلى أن الخَصاص الجنسي للزوجة بسبب غياب زوجها عنها، كان أحد الأسباب الكامنة وراء طلب التطليق، أو الفرار مع رجل آخر في بعض الحالات This study aims to draw attention to the psychological and emotional impact suffered by a wife in middle maghreb society due to the absence of her husband for long periods due to his engagement in trade, pilgrimage, and retreat for worship and asceticism, as well as his involvement in war. In order to delve deeper into the complexity of this research, we relied on a populars blogs that mostly covers the affairs of Middle meghreb, in order to provide a social and psychological approach to the wife in middle maghreb society and follow the movement of Islamic discourse and its interactions with the issue of the husband's absence. The study found that the issue of the husband's absence from his wife had negative consequences for the wife, , especially with regard to her sexual desires, which were a key factor in directing many of her behaviors. Further investigation into these aspects of this period leads to the conclusion that the wife's sexual needs due to the absence of her husband were one of the main reasons behind the request for divorce or running away with another man in some cases
