الأرشيف الفلسطيني: مساهمة لبناء ذاكرة وطنية

Abstract

عرفت مسألة الاهتمام بالذاكرة في فلسطين مؤخرا تزايدا طرديا بالنظر لواقع القضية الفلسطينية الحالي الذي يشتد فيه الصراع ويتنوع على كافة الاصعدة، فبناء الذاكرة الوطنية يعني الوصول الى حالة من ترسيخ معالم السيادة الوطنية ومجابهة كل محاولات انكار الوجود الفلسطيني وكتابة التاريخ بصورة نزيهة بعيدة كل البعد عن التشويه الذي ألم بتاريخ فلسطين وتصدير الرواية الرسمية الفلسطينية المعبرة عن عدالة القضية الفلسطينية وزيف رواية الاحتلال التي راجت لعقود من الزمن. تناولت هذه الدراسة الارشيف الفلسطيني كأحد اهم عوامل تشكيل وبناء الذاكرة الوطنية وذلك بالقاء الضوء على واقع الارشيف الفلسطيني بالاخذ بعين الاعتبار ان الدراسة الميدانية تتوجه لتناول دور مركز الارشيف الوطني كهيئة رسمية تعنى بأمر الارشيف الفلسطيني وحفظ الذاكرة، وتتوجه مساهمة الدراسة نحو ارشيف مركز الابحاث الفلسطيني المتواجد في الجزائر كأحد الارصدة الهامة والمعتبرة الذي يتبع لفترة التحرر الوطني والذي يدخل في بناء الذاكرة الوطنية الفلسطينية. وقد اعتمد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لواقع الظاهرة المدروسة، واستخدمت المقابلة والملاحظة والوثائق الرسمية كأدوات لجمع المعطيات غرض الوصول للاهداف والنتائج المرجوة والتي تتمثل في جمع شتات الارصدة الارشيفية للوصول لبناء ذاكرة وطنية وقد تبين مدى حجم ذلك الشتات الذي يعاني منه الارشيف الفلسطيني. وقد قام مؤخرا مركز الابحاث باسترجاع رصيده الهام والمعتبر الذي يعبر عن ارث منظمة التحرير في خطوة للالمام بالارشيف الفلسطيني، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة لاعداد مقترح دليل لاجراءات المعالجة لذلك الرصيد لغاية استخدامه وتطبيقه خلال عملية المعالجة The documentation and preservation of Palestinian cultural and historical heritage have recently gained increased attention due to the critical challenges confronting the Palestinian cause. These challenges include the spread of conflicting narratives, efforts to deny the legitimate existence of Palestinians in their homeland, and attempts to distort Palestinian history. Addressing these issues requires the establishment of a comprehensive and authentic national memory to reinforce Palestinian sovereignty, counter historical distortions, and promote the official narrative that highlights the justice of their cause while exposing falsehoods propagated by the occupation over decades. This study explores the Palestinian archive as a key instrument for building and safeguarding national memory. It examines the current state of Palestinian archival resources, focusing on the National Palestinian Research Center, a central institution responsible for preserving the archive. The study also highlights the role of the Palestinian Research Center in Algeria, which houses critical records from the Palestinian liberation movement. These records are essential for documenting Palestinian history and strengthening the foundations of national memory. Using a descriptive-analytical methodology, the study relies on interviews, personal observations, and official documents. The findings reveal significant fragmentation in Palestinian archival resources and emphasize the need for consolidation to create a unified and comprehensive national archive. A notable outcome is the successful recovery of key archival materials by the Palestinian Research Center, representing the historical legacy of the Palestine Liberation Organization. To support this effort, the study proposes a detailed guide for processing and organizing these materials to ensure their effective use in preserving Palestinian heritage.
