البعد العالمي في المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية: دراسة تحليلية للوثائق المرجعية للمنظومة التربوية الجزائرية.

Abstract

ملخص: يتناول البحث بالتحليل مفهوم البعد العالـمي وموقعه من الإصلاحات التعليمية من خلال توضيح مسألة تداخل مفهومي العولمة والعالمية وإبراز الطرح السليم للتربية العالـمية أو الدولية في السياسة التعليمية لأي منظومة تربوية عصرية، وتحديد المفاهيم التأسيسية لصلتنا بالآخر من أصحاب الحضارات الأخرى في ظل التعايش والتعاون. وفي جانبه التطبيقي يوظف الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ليعالج موقع البعد العالمي في الوثائق المرجعية للمنظومة التربوية الجزائرية. والنتائج تذكر وجود اهتمام واضح من المشرع التربوي الجزائري لتوظيف البعد العالمي في المنظومة الوطنية بطرح متوازن بين مجالاته وموضوعاته يتناسب مع سياستها التعليمية، حيث نجد أن 44% من صفحات تلك الوثائق ورد فيها ذكر للبعد العالمي وصل إلى 650 تكرارا، منها 270 تكرارا للبعد العلمي والتكنولوجي، و160 تكرارا للبعد الاجتماعي، وهما بعدان يترجمان اهتمام الدولة الجزائرية بتنشئة أبنائها على الانفتاح الفكري والثقافي القائم على الاتصالات العصرية، وكذا الاتصال الاجتماعي مع شعوب العالم، أما باقي التكرارات فتوزعت بنسب متقاربة بين الأبعاد الخمسة الأخرى. Abstract : This research analyzes the concept of global dimension and its place in educational reforms by clarifying the issue of the overlapping concepts of globalization and internationalism, and highlighting the proper presentation of global / international education in the educational policy of any modern educational system, and defining the foundational concepts of our relationship with people from other civilizations in light of understanding and cooperation. On the practical side, the researcher employs the descriptive analytical approach to address the position of the global dimension in the reference documents of the Algerian educational system. The results mention that there is a clear interest from the Algerian educational legislator to employ the global dimension in the national system with a balanced presentation between its topics commensurate with its educational policy, where we find that 44% of the pages of those documents mentioned a global dimension that reached 650 iterations, including 270 repetitions of the scientific and technological dimension and 160 repetitions of the social dimension. These two dimensions show the interest of the Algerian state in raising its children on the intellectual and cultural openness based on modern communications, as well as social contact with people around the world. As for the rest of the repetitions, they were distributed in close proportions among the other five dimensions. Résumé: La recherche analyse la dimension universelle et sa place dans les réformes éducatives en Algérie en clarifiant les concepts de la mondialisation et de la Globalisme et en mettant en évidence la présence de l'éducation universelle dans les systèmes éducatifs modernes, et en définissant les concepts fondamentaux de notre relation avec les autres civilisations dans la coexistence et la coopération. S’agissant de la réalisation de l’étude, les deux chercheurs ont utilisé l'approche analytique descriptive. Les résultats obtenus mentionnent un intérêt clair du législateur algérien de l'éducation à utiliser la dimension globale dans le système national avec le souci de trouver un juste équilibre entre l’importance de ces dimensions et les spécificités de la politique éducative algérienne. On constate que 44% des pages de ces documents mentionnent la dimension universelle dans 650 citations, contre 270 citations de la dimension scientifique et technologique, et 160 citations de la dimension sociale. Cette configuration des trois dimensions traduise l'intérêt de l'État Algérien sur l'ouverture intellectuelle et culturelle de la sa politique éducative, l’utilisation des communications modernes, et l’établissement des contacts avec les peuples du monde.
