Les Déterminants Socio-psychologiques Du Harcèlement Moral Dans Le Secteur De La Santé.

Abstract

Les facteurs psychosociaux constituent un problème de santé au travail. Il s’agit d’une étude transversale descriptive comportant 1058 sujets du personnel de santé de la ville d’Oran en Algérie. L’enquête de dépistage est réalisée par un questionnaire incluant les 45 agissements hostiles de la classification de Leymann. La prévalence du harcèlement est évaluée à 16,7 %. L’analyse statistique multivariée révèle parmi les déterminants individuels et professionnels ayant une forte liaison significative sont : le niveau d’instruction (RR=1,34), le lieu de résidence (RR=1,48), le trajet parcouru domicile-lieu de travail (RR=0,75), le statut du poste de travail (RR=0,65), le poste de responsabilité (RR=1,17), le travail de nuit (RR=1,44) et la nature de l’établissement (RR=1,50). Les connaissances à partir du terrain d’étude et l’analyse pluridisciplinaire des résultats de l’enquête de dépistage du harcèlement moral permettent de répondre aux impératifs de sauvegarder une santé mentale équilibrée. The screening survey was carried out by means of a questionnaire including the 45 Leymann hostile behaviors. The prevalence of harassment was estimated at 16.7%. The multivariate analysis reveals that the individual and professional determinants with a strong significant link are: the level of education (RR=1.34), the place of residence (RR=1.48), the distance travelled between home and work (RR=0.75), the status of the work station (RR=0.65), the position of responsibility (RR=1.17), night work (RR=1.44), the nature of the establishment (RR=1.50). The knowledge gained from the study field and the multidisciplinary analysis of the results of the harassment screening survey make it possible to respond to the imperatives of safeguarding balanced mental health.
