واقع إدارة المعرفة في البيئة الأكاديمية " تشارك المعرفة لدى عينة من أساتذة علم المكتبات والتوثيق بالجزائر أنموذجا"

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع إدارة المعرفة من خلال تشخيص تشارك المعرفة في البيئة الأكاديمية لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين في تخصص علم المكتبات والتوثيق بالجزائر-بحيث يعتبر تشارك المعرفة أحد أهم تطبيقات إدارة المعرفة- ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي مع الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة تم توزيعه على عينة من 75 أستاذ(ة). توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأساتذة الجامعيين لديهم قابلية كبيرة على تشارك معارفهم مع غيرهم، معتمدين في ذلك على عدة طرق وأساليب تقليدية كانت أو حديثة سمحت لهم بتجاوز المشاكل والصعوبات التي قد تعيق عملية تشارك المعرفة. The study aimed to identify the reality of knowledge management through the diagnosis of knowledge sharing in the academic environment among university professors in the field of library science and documentation in Algeria -as knowledge sharing is one of the most important applications of knowledge management- and to achieve this, the descriptive method was used with the questionnaire as a tool for the study distributed to sample of 75 professors. The study found that university professors have a great ability to share their knowledge with others, relying on several traditional or modern methods and techniques that allowed them to overcome the issues and difficulties that may hinder the knowledge sharing proces
