Abstract

ملخص: تعتبر الجمعية منظمة من منظمات المجتمع المدني أو ما اصطلح عليه منظمة غير حكومية. وتتشكل من مجموعة من المتطوعين الذين يساهمون في تنمية المجتمع، من خلال نشاطهم للتخفيف من حدة بعض المشاكل التي تدخل في مجال تخصصهم، لذلك تعتبر فاعل اجتماعي حضاري. سنبين في هذه الورقة ا المقال، من خلال دراسة تدخل الجمعيات ازاء عمالة الاطفال القاصرين في الجزائر يتوقف على مدى فاعلية أعضائها وهدف تأسيسها. Abstract: The association is considered a civil society organization or what is called a non-governmental organization. It consists of a group of volunteers who contribute to the development of society, through their activity to alleviate some of the problems that fall within their area of specialization. Therefore, she is considered a civilized social actor. In this article, we will show through the study of the intervention of associations with regard to the work of minors in Algeria, that the effectiveness of the associative action of the action of its members and the objectives of its constitution.

Résumé: L'association est considérée comme une organisation de la société civile ou ce qu'on appelle une organisation non gouvernementale. Elle se compose d'un groupe de bénévoles qui contribuent au développement de la société, par leur activité pour atténuer certains des problèmes qui relèvent de leur domaine de spécialisation. Par conséquent, elle est considérée comme un acteur social civilisé. Dans cet article, nous montrerons à travers l’étude de l’intervention des associations à l'égard du travail des mineurs en Algérie, que l’efficacité de l’action associative de l’action de ses membres et des objectifs de sa constitution.
