تحديات التبيئة المحلية للنشاط المدني في الجزائر "من المشيخة إلى المأسسة"

Abstract

يمثل المجتمع المدني اليوم ومؤسساته الفرعية فضاءات لممارسة الحرية والمشاركة وخلق المبادرات وتجسيد روابط التضامن لتحقيق ما يستلزم من العدالة الاجتماعية للدفع بالمجتمعات نحو التنمية الشاملة. غير أن سجال واقع العمل الجمعوي في الجزائر بات محل استفهام من طرف مهتمين وذوات باحثة، وما تعلق بالتحولات والأدوار الجديدة التي بدأت تضطلع بها، خاصة عندما يتعلق الأمر بالتغير المجتمعي ضمن ثنائية (التقليد /الحداثة) هذه الأخيرة التي تتخذ من المأسسة كأحد صورها، فصار علينا إلزاما من بوابة حقل علم الاجتماع التنظيمات التنقيب في حفريات كيفية الانتقال من عمل تطوي خيري تضامني مرسخ في ذهنية الجزائري في مجتمع القبلية والعشائرية ذات البعد الإثني والديني إلى عمل جمعوي مؤسس قانونيا وتنظيميا وكيان لإنتاج ثقافة العمل الجمعوي القائمة على مبادئ العمل الجماعي التشاركي وروح المبادرة التطوعية والتضحية صوب المصلحة المجتمعية العامة. Civil society today and its subsidiary institutions represent spaces for exercising freedom and participation, creating initiative and embodying solidarity ties to achieve what is required of social justice to raise societies towards comprehensive development. However, the reality of associative work in Algeria has become questionable by interested people and researchers, and what is related to the transformations and new roles that they have begun to play.Especially when it comes to societal change within the latter binary (tradition and modernity), which takes institutionalization as one of its forms.So we became obligated from the field of sociology, organizations, to excavate excavations, how to move from a charitable, solidarity-based work that is rooted in the Algerian mentality in a society, tribalism, and tribalism, which is ethnic and religious.To a collective work that is legally and organizationally established and an entity to produce a culture of collective work based on the principles of participatory teamwork and the spirit of voluntary initiative towards the general societal interest
