Abstract

تتناكؿ أطركحتنا مكضكع حركة الترجمة التي باتت تكتسي عمى مدل العصكر أىمية بالغة ككنيا أحد أى كسائؿ التكاصؿ الحضارم كالثقافي بيف الأم كالشعكب، إذ لا أحد ينكر ما لمترجمة مف دكر أساسي كفعاؿ في نقؿ الت ا رث الفكرم بيف الأم، كما ليا مف أثر في نمك المعرفة الإنسانية عبر التاريخ .كقد شكمت صقمية ك بلاد الأ ندلس أثناء عصكر تألقيما جسريف ثقافييف كحضارييف ا رقييف عبرت مف خلاليما جؿّ المعارؼ كالعمك العربية كالإسلامية إلى الغرب المسيحي عف طريؽ الترجمة التي تعد كلا ت ا زؿ كسيمة بالغة الاىمية لمتكاصؿ بيف الأم. كقد حممت الترجمة ميزة خاصة في كلا القطريف إذ ساىمت في تنكير أكركبا، ككانت بحؽ المحرؾ الأساسي لانبعاث الفكر كالحضارة الاسلامية ال ا رقية كذلؾ بفضؿ اىتما المسمميف بيا مف خلاؿ ترجمتي لمكتب كالمؤلفات العربية الى المغات اللاتينية، كمف ىذا المنطمؽ جاء عنكاف أطركحتنا كالتالي: حركة الترجمة في صقمية كالأندلس ما بيف القرنيف 13 9 . Our thesis addresses the topic of the translation movement, which has gained significant importance over the centuries as one of the most essential means of cultural and intellectual communication between nations and peoples. No one can deny the crucial and effective role of translation in conveying intellectual heritage between nations and its impact on the growth of human knowledge throughout history. Sicily and Andalusia, during their periods of brilliance, served as two sophisticated cultural and civilizational bridges through which a significant portion of Arabic and Islamic knowledge and sciences was transferred to Western Christianity via translation. Translation played a distinctive role in both regions, contributing to the enlightenment of Europe and serving as a fundamental driver of the emergence of the sophisticated Islamic thought and civilization. This was largely due to the interest of Muslims in translating Arabic books and works into Latin languages. In light of these factors, the title of our thesis is as follows: "The Translation Movement in Sicily and Andalusia between the 9th and 13th Centuries
