Abstract

الأطروحة عبارة عن محاولة لمعالجة مسألة العدالة بين جون رولز ويورغن هابرماس، ذلك لتبيان أهم الإشكاليات التي تدور حول مفهوم العدالة باعتباره أهم المواضيع الفلسفية ذات الطابع السياسي والاجتماعي الذي تناوله كليهما، لتكون مناظرتهما المشهورة بداية لنقاش فلسفي سياسي وأخلاقي بينهما والتي نُشرت على . صفحات المجلة الفلسفية الأمريكية عام 5991 تكمن أهدافها في رفع الستار عن مسألة العدالة بين التقليد الأمريكي الممثل في جون رولز وبين التقليد الألماني الممثل في يورغن هابرماس، من خلال نقاشهما المجسد في مناظرتهما التي أصبحت نقطة انطلاق بينهما، تمّ من خلالها سد ثغ ا رت نظرية العدالة وتجاوزها بالنسبة لرولز وتطوير النظرية التواصلية لهابرماس، فتباينت تارة وتشابهت تارة أخرى مسألة العدالة بين الليب ا رلية التعاقدية الرولزية والديمق ا رطية التداولية الهابرماسية. The thesis is an attempt to address the issue of justice between John Rawls and Jürgen Habermas, in order to clarify the most important problems that revolve around the concept of justice as the most important philosophical topics of a political and social nature that both dealt with, so that their famous debate would be the beginning of a political and moral philosophical debate between them, which was published on the pages of the American Philosophical Journal 1995. Its objectives lie in lifting the curtain on the issue of justice between them through their debate, which became a starting point between them, through which Rawls bridged and transcended the gaps in the theory of justice and developed the communicative theory of Habermas, so that the question of justice differed and resembled the issue of justice between the Rawlsian contractual liberalism and the Habermasian deliberative democracy
