المواجهة الثنائية في سياق المرض المزمن

Abstract

يهدف هذا المقال إلى توضيح مفهوم المواجهة الثنائية على اعتبار أنها جهود الشريكين لمواجهة الأحداث الضاغطة ولاسيما الأمراض المزمنة، وذلك من خلال التركيز على النماذج النظرية المفسرة لها والمتمثلة في نموذج التطابق، النموذج النسقي التعاقدي، النموذج المركز على العلاقة، النموذج المجتمعي، النموذج العلائقي الثقافي والنموذج السياقي النمائي، محددين في سياق ذلك مختلف العوامل المؤثرة في سيرورة المواجهة الثنائية، فضلا عن علاقتها بنوعية الحياة لدى عينات من المرضى المزمنين.

The purpose of this article is to clarify the concept of dyadic coping as the efforts of partners to cope with stressful events, particularly chronic diseases, by focusing on the theoretical models that explain it, which include the congruence model, the systemic transactional model, the relationship-focused model, the communal coping model, the relational-cultural model, and the developmental-contextual coping model. in addition to identifying the various factors influencing the process of dyadic coping as well as the relationship of dyadic coping with quality of life in patients suffering from chronic illness.
