تقييم الإنتاج العلمي حول موضوع الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر:دراسة وفقا للقياسات العلمية

Abstract

شهد مجال الأمن الغذائي اهتمام العديد من الدول فخصصت له مراكز ووحدات بحث من أجل زيادة الإنتاج العلمي في هذا المجال، حيث أن الجزائر وضعت برنامج بحث وطني من ضمن محاور البحث في هذا البرنامج موضوع الأمن الغذائي مما سمح بزيادة المخرجات العلمية لمراكز ووحدات البحث الجزائرية وظهرت الحاجة لتقييم جودة تلك المخرجات العلمية المنشورة في الفترة ما بين 2010 و 2022 من خلال الاعتماد على المنهج الببليومتري وبفضل مؤشرات القياسات العلمية التي تقوم على دراسة مخرجات البحث العلمي وذلك بالاعتماد على الطرق الرياضية والإحصائية في تحليل الإنتاج العلمي، توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: بلغ الإنتاج العلمي للمقالات والمداخلات العلمية 500 منها 311 مقالة و189 مداخلة، وقدر عدد الاستشهادات المرجعية التي تحصلت عليه عينة الدراسة 4271 استشهادا، وساهم 1706 مؤلف في تأليف الإنتاج العلمي، يفضل الباحثون في مجال الأمن الغذائي نمط التأليف المشترك مقابل التأليف الفردي وكانت نسبة التأليف المشترك 79%، في حين بلغت نسبة التأليف الفردي 21%، وبلغت نسبة درجة التعاون للمقالات العلمية وفق قانون Subramanyam ب0.95 أما درجة التعاون للمداخلات العلمية وفق نفس القانون ب0.51، يوجد تعاون دولي ووطني في مجال الأمن الغذائي حيث تسجل الجزائر علاقات تعاون علمي مع 30 دولة حول العالم في مجال الأمن الغذائي

The field of food security has garnered attention from numerous countries, leading them to establish research centers and units dedicated to enhancing scientific output in this domain. Algeria has implemented a national research program, with food security as one of its research axes. This initiative has facilitated an increase in scientific outputs from Algerian research centers and units. There arose a need to assess the quality of these scientific outputs published between 2010 and 2022, utilizing the bibliometric approach and relying on scientific measurement indicators that study research output. Through the application of mathematical and statistical methods in the analysis of scientific production, the study yielded several significant results, including a scientific output of 500 articles and scientific contributions, comprising 311 articles and 189 contributions. The study determined that the sampled publications received a total of 4271 citations. A collaborative effort involving 1706 authors contributed to the scientific output, with researchers in the field of food security favoring collaborative authorship over individual authorship, with a collaborative authorship rate of 79%. In contrast, the individual authorship rate stood at 21%. The degree of collaboration for scientific articles, according to Subramanyam's law, was 0.95, while for scientific contributions, it was 0.51. International and national collaboration in the field of food security was observed, with Algeria engaging in scientific cooperation with 30 countries worldwide. This assessment provides insights into the landscape of scientific research on food security, emphasizing the collaborative nature of scholarly endeavors in this critical domain.
