دراسة تحليلية لترجمة المصطلح الدبلوماسي من اللغة الانجليزية إلى اللغة العربية معجم الدبلوماسية والشؤون الدولية نموذجا

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض صعوبات ترجمة مصطلحات الدبلوماسية واقتراح حلول وأساليب منهجية لترجمتها. وعليه، قمنا بتقسيم البحث إلى ثلاثة فصول، حيث خصص أولها لدراسة مفاهيم حول المصطلح والصناعة المعجمية. في حين تناولنا في الفصل الثاني المصطلح الدبلوماسي والترجمة الدبلوماسية. أما الفصل الثالث فقد خصصناه لعرض المدونة والتعريف بصاحب المدونة وعرض منهجية تحليل نماذج المدونة ثم يليها تحليل ترجمة هذه النماذج . ولقد تمكنا من خلال دراستنا لهذا البحث إلى استنتاج مجموعة من النتائج مثل أهمية علم المصطلح ونظرياته في ترجمة المصطلحات المتخصصة بصفة عامة والمصطلحات الدبلوماسية بصفة خاصة، وضرورة احترام شرطين أساسين في ترجمة المصطلح الدبلوماسي، أولهما الكفاءة اللغوية والخبرة المصطلحية، والثاني الكفاءة العلمية في الحقل الدبلوماسي. كما يجب أن يكون المترجم متمكن من اللغة الدبلوماسية ودائم الشغف بالإطلاع على السياسيات الدبلوماسية والعلاقات الدولية، وملما بالبحث التوثيقي. The main objective of this study is to present diplomatic terms translation problems, suggest solutions and offer a certain methodology of translartion . Our research is mainly devided into three chapters: The first one is dedicated to the study of nature of the term and lexical . The second chapter covers concepts about diplomatic term and diplomatic translation. However. As for the third chapter, we devoted it to presenting the corpus and introducing the owner of it, presenting the methodology of analyzing the corpus’s models (diplomatic terms), followed by the analysis of the translation of these models. Throughout our study of this research, we were able to conclude a set of results, such as, the importance of the terminology and its theories in translating specialized terms in general and diplomatic terms in particular, and need to respect two basic conditions in translating diplomatic term, the first of which is linguistic competence and terminological experience, and the second is scientific competence in the diplomatic field. the translation should also be proficient in mastering diplomatic language, and always curious about diplomatic policies and international relations, and familiar with documentary research
