إديولوجيا التعايش الحضاري في الوطن العربي خلال القرنين 12- 13 هـ / 18-19 م

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة البحثية إلى إبراز موقع سياسة التعايش الحضاري في سياسية الدولة العثمانية خاصة وأن هذه الدراسة تطرقت فيها إلى قضية مهمة جدا في هذه الفترة الزمنية الممتدة ما بين القرنيين الثامن والتاسع عشر ميلادي، الأمر يتعلق بمسألة تعامل الدولة العثمانية مع غير المسلمين وبصفة خاصة النصارى واليهود. لم تقتصر هذه الدراسة على إبراز مظاهر التعايش الحضاري بين المسلمين وغير المسلمين فقط وإنما الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة الوقوف على انعكاسات سياسية التعايش الحضاري التي تبنتها الدولة العثمانية منذ نشأتها وعلى وجه التحديد آثار هذه السياسية في المجال العربي مشرقا ومغربا. بحيث تعد فترة الحكم العثماني للبلاد العربية فترة زمنية مهمة في تاريخ الوطن العربي، خاصة وأن البلاد العربية لتزال يعاني من تبعات سياسة التعايش الحضاري في وقتنا الحاضر، هذا ما جعلني أتطرق لهذا الموضوع للتعمق أكثر في الحيثيات الحقيقة التي جعلت الدولة العثمانية تتبنى سياسية التعايش الحضاري والتي طبقتها على جميع المناطق التي حكمتها في القارات الثلاث إفريقيا، آسيا وأوروبا. This research study aims to highlight the position of the policy of civilizational coexistence in the Ottoman Empire, especially since this study touched on a very important issue in the time period extending between the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries AD. It is related to the issue of Ottoman Empire's dealings with non-Muslims, especially Christians and Jews. This study was not limited to highlighting the aspects of civilizational coexistence between Muslims and non-Muslims only but the main goal of this study was to examine the repercussions in the Arab sphere, East and West. Thus, the period of Ottoman rule in the Arab countries is a very important period of time in the history of the Arab world, especially since the country the Arab world is still suffering from the consequences of the policy of civilizational coexistence in our present time. This is what made me address this topic in order to delve more deeply into the real reasons that made the Ottoman Empire adopt the policy of civilizational coexistence, which it applied to all the regions it ruled on the three continents of Africa, Asia, and Europe
