Abstract

لعل الهدف الرئيسي من دراسة آرانت وتحليلها للأنظمة الشمولية من أجل أن تنجز علم سياسة جديد، فالسياسة يكمن موضوعها الأساسي ليس في الإنسان لوحده بل وجود هذا الإنسان في العالم، هذا الأخير هو المكان المناسب الذي يولد فيه الفعل السياسي، والفضاء العام الذي يتقاسم فيه الناس وهمومهم، فالعالم إذن كلا مشتركا يربط ويفصل بين الناس في الوقت ذاته، فهو فعل ربط وفصل بين الأفراد الذي ينسجونه بأفعالهم، فلكي يتجسد هذا العالم بمفهومه السياسي، لا بد من وجود منتجات إنسانية، وموضوعات مصنوعة من طرف يد الإنسان، على اعتبار أن عالم من دون ناس هو عالم مستحيل، فالعالم حسب تصورها هو من نسيج الأفراد يظهر في فعلهم بالقدر نفسه، الذي ينكشف في العالم والمجال العمومي، فلا يمكن حسب آرانت تصور عالما خالي من الأفراد The main objective of Arendt’s study and analysis of totalitarian systems was to achieve a new political science. that politics do not lie on the basic subject of man alone, but on the existence of this human in the world. this latter is the appropriate place in which political action is born, and the public space where people share their concerns. The world then, is a common whole that connects and separates people at the same time. It is an act of linking and separating the individuals who weave it with their actions. Without people, it is an impossible world that is an act of the fabric of individuals that appears in their actions, in the world and in the public sphere. So, it is not possible to imagine a world without individuals
