Abstract

Communication with the other in the philosophy of Ibn Rushd is an urgent necessity for development and progress, because this communication enabled him to realize the wisdom that he was missing, represented in Aristotelian philosophy, because only thanks to it was he able to correct Islamic law by ridding it of the interpretations of the theologians in the basis that were not To rise to the level of certainty, in addition to defining the relationship between philosophy and Sharia once and for all, and since the mind has the full ability to think without restriction or condition, how was Ibn Rushd able to communicate with the other despite the complete difference between them in belief and gender? And to what extent was he able to benefit from it in solving metaphysical issues?
