مصادر المشكلات النفسية الاجتماعية لدى أسر الأطفال التوحديين من وجهة نظر الأمهات

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مختلف المشكلات التي تواجهها أسر أطفال التوحد، وأجريت على عينة 50 أُماً مرافقة للأطفال المصابين بطيف التوحد. وللإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، تم ادراجها في محاور تتعلق بمعاناة الأسر من مشكلات مختلفة: المشكلات النفسية، المشكلات المادية، مشكلات مرتبطة بعلاج الطفل التوحدي والتكفل به، صعوبة التشخيص، المشكلات الأسرية، المشكلات الاجتماعية. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تبين أن أكثر المشكلات السلوكية التي تسبب ضغوطاً للأهل هي مشكلات التواصل اللفظي والاجتماعي تليها النمطية والسلوك العدواني، أما بالنسبة لنوعية حياة الأمهات فتغيرت بدرجات متفاوتة وأغلبهنّ يعانين من الإرهاق والتعب جراء رعاية الطفل ولا يجدن الوقت الكافي للراحة، وهذا لأنّ كافة المسؤولية تقع عليهنّ إذ لا يجدن المساعدة لصعوبة تحمل سلوكيات الطفل المرتبطة بأعراض التوحد. وعليه خلصت الدراسة الى ضرورة التنسيق بين مختلف الهيئات والقطاعات لتقديم كافة المساعدة لهؤلاء الأسر. This study aims to identify the various problems faced by families of autistic children. The study was conducted on a sample of 50 mothers accompanying children with autism spectrum. In order to answer the questions of study, the descriptive approach was adopted. Questions was included in axis related to suffering of families from different problems: psychological problems, material problems, problems related to child autism treatment, Family problems and social problems. The study found that the most behavioral problems that cause stress to parents are verbal and social communication followed by child stereotypical and aggressive behavior. The quality of life of mothers changed to varying degrees. Most of them suffer from tiredness and fatigue related to childcare, they don’t have time to relax because they take full responsibility, and they can’t find help because difficulty of enduring child's behavior related to autism symptoms. Therefore, the study concluded by the necessity for coordination between different agencies and sectors to provide all the assistance to these families.
