Abstract

يتناول البحث دراسة الفكر السياسي في أثينا خلال القرنين 5و4 ق.م؛ فعلى الرغم من تعاقب عدة أنظمة سياسية في هذه المدينة إلا أن التركيز في هذه الدراسة بشكل كبير على النظام الديمقراطي،الذي عرف ميلاده هناك بفضل المساهمة الجادة لخيرة من رجالها، وبلغ مرحلة نضجه في عهد بركليس، المتعارف على تسميته بالعصر الذهبي، وفيه اكتسب المواطن حرية الرأي وهو ما مكنه من التعرض لهذا النظام بالدحض أو التأييد، مثل الفلاسفة والخطباء وحتى الأدباء، وقد حقق هذا الفكر سواء النظري أو التطبيقي نجاحا نسبيا على مستوى الحياة السياسية أو العامة ككل، وتكون بذلك اثينا السباقة في النظام الديمقراطي، وفي الفكر السياسي. The research deals with the study of political thought in Athens during the 5th and 4th centuries BC. Despite the succession of several political regimes in this city, the focus in this study is largely on the democratic system, whose birth was known there thanks to the serious contribution of the best of its men. His maturity stage was during the era of Pericles, which is known to be called the golden age, in which the citizen gained freedom of opinion that enabled philosophers, orators and even writers to mention this system with support or opposition. This thought, whether the theoretical or the applied aspect, has achieved relative success at the level of political or public life as a whole, thus Athens becoming the first in the democratic system and in political thought
