حاجات المتعلم الأساسية: قراءة في المفهوم، الأهمية، والمرجعيات الفكرية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة العلمية إلى محاولة تقصي موضوع حاجات المتعلم الأساسية باعتباره أحد الموضوعات الهامة في الشأن التربوي والتعليمي، حيث تم التطرق في البداية إلى تحديد أهم التعاريف الخاصة بمفهوم الحاجة والتي تناولها العلماء من زوايا مختلفة، ثم تطرقنا بعد ذلك إلى توضيح أهمية إشباع حاجات المتعلم في مراحل التمدرس المختلفة باعتبارها المكان الأمثل للتنمية البشرية والذي سوف يساهم إشباعها في تحقيق العافية الكلية للمتعلم، ثم خلصنا في النهاية إلى تناول المرجعيات الفكرية المختلفة والتي فسرت موضوع الحاجة ضمن وجهات نظر مختلفة. This scientific paper aims to investigating the subject of learner’s basic needs as one of the important topics in the educational act. Firstly, we identifying the most important definitions of the concept of need, which scholars dealt with from different angles. Secondly, we moved on after that to clarify the importance of satisfying learner’s needs, especially in the various stages of schooling, as it is the ideal place for human development, whose saturation will contribute to achieving the overall wellness of the learner. Thirdly, we concluded in the end to address the different intellectual theories that explained the topic of need within different points of view.
