علاقة مركز التحكم بالدافعية للإنجاز لدى تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الثانوي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين مركز التحكم والدافعية للإنجاز لدى تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي، ومن أجل اختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم تطبيق مقياس مركز التحكم لـ Nowacki وStrickland (1973) ترجمة موسى عبد الفتاح (1991) ومقياس مستوى الانجاز لـ Cooper Smith (1973) والذي طورته الباحثة نايفة القطامي (1993)، على عينة مكونة من (150) تلميذ وتلميذة، بواقع (80) تلميذة و(70) تلميذ من ثلاث ثانويات هي ثانوية محمد بو سعيدي بالحراش، وثانوية الدالية الجديدة وثانوية محمد بو عبد الله بالكاليتوس.

وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين مركز التحكم الداخلي والدافعية للإنجاز، وهناك علاقة ارتباطية سالبة وقوية ودالة احصائيا بين مركز التحكم الخارجي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الثانوي. This study aimed to finding out relationship between locus of control and achievement motivation among students in high school. In order to test the hypotheses, two scales were applied, locus of control Scale for Nowacki and Strickland (1973) in arabic form translated by Musa Abdel Fattah (1991) and level of achievement scale of Cooper Smith (1973) translated by Nayefah al-Qatami (1993). The study sample consisted of 150 pupils (70 boys, 80 girls ) from three high schools, Mohammed Bou Saidi in El Harrach department, Eldaliya el Jadida and Mohamed Bouabdellah in Eucalyptus department. The results showed a negative significant correlation between internal locus of control and achievement motivation. Also there is a strong negative correlation between external locus of control and achievement motivation among high school students.
