مخابر البحث العلمي في الجامعات الجزائرية كآلية لضمان جودة التعليم العالي بين الواقع والتحديات

Abstract

تعتبر مخابر البحث العلمي من التنظيمات الحديثة في المؤسسات الجامعية الجزائرية، ومن أهم هيئات البحث التي أنشأت من أجل القيام بالبحث العلمي وإنتاج المعارف بوصفها مؤسسة رسمية علمية تقدم خدمات علمية ومعرفية للمجتمع، يتولها باحثون متخصصون في مختلف المجالات، مما يؤدي إلى ترتيب أعباء ومسؤولية على عاتقها، وما ينتج عند ذلك من نتائج علمية للدراسات والأبحاث التي أضحت من خلالها المؤسسات الجامعية بالجزائر مطالبة ببذل جهود كبيرة لتطوير البحث العلمي، خاصة مع الأهمية البالغة التي أولتها الدولة الجزائرية لهذه الهياكل من خلال توفير التجهيزات اللازمة وتخصيص موارد مالية معتبرة، حيث أدركت بأنه من الضروري الاهتمام بالبحث العلمي، وإعتبار الجامعة كقاعدة كبيرة للمعرفة في مختلف المجالات والتخصصات. وسنتطرق في هذه الدراسة إلى إسهامات مخابر البحث كآلية لتطوير الدراسات العليا، والمشاكل التي تعاني منها هذه المخابر، وكيفية تفعيل دورها في مجال البحث العلمي. Scientific research laboratories are considered one of the modern organizations in Algerian university institutions. It is one of the key research entities, established to conduct scientific research and produce knowledge, as an official academic institution that provides scientific and intellectual services to society, headed by researchers specialized in various fields, which leads to the arrangement of burdens and responsibilities on its shoulders. The scientific results of studies and research, through which university institutions in Algeria have become required to make great efforts to develop scientific research, especially with the great importance that the Algerian state has attached to these structures by providing the necessary equipment and allocating significant financial resources. As it has realized that, it is necessary to pay attention to scientific research, and to consider the university as a large base of knowledge in various fields and specializations. In this study, we will discuss the contributions of research laboratories as a mechanism for developing postgraduate studies, the problems these laboratories suffer from, and how to activate their role in the field of scientific research.
