أجهزة دعم المقاولاتية في الجزائر من أجل التوظيف المستقل للشباب دراسة حالة:الوكالة الوطنية لدعم الشباب لولاية سعيدة 2009-2015

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور أجهزة دعم المقاولاتية في الجزائر في دعم تشغيل للشباب استخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بجمع البيانات والإحصائيات لقراءتها وتحليلها،من بين هذه المؤشرات معدلات البطالة، مساهمات المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في التشغيل،عدد مناصب العمل والمشاريع المفتوحة..الخ،توصلنا في الدراسة إلى أن للمقاولاتية وفرت مناصب الشغل كثيرة للشباب.لذلك نوصي بضرورة المرافقة المقاولاتية للمشاريع والمؤسسات المصغرة وعدم الفصل بينهما إذ يتطلب تحقيق هذا الدعم الوافر من الحكومة الجزائرية عن طريق صياغة أساليب وبرامج جديدة ابتكارية تفتح بها مناصب الشغل للشباب. This study aims to clarify the role of the enterprise support agencies in Algeria in the employment of youth.The researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach to collect data and statistics to read and analyze them, among these indicators are unemployment rates, contributions of small and medium enterprises in employment, the number of work positions and open projects ... etc., we concluded in the study that entrepreneurship provided many jobs for young people. Therefore, we recommend the necessity of contracting accompaniment to projects and mini-establishments and not to separate them, as achieving this ample support from the Algerian government requires the formulation of innovative new methods and programs that open jobs for youth.
