Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى إسهام المكتبات الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية في الشرق الجزائري في التحصيل الدراسي للمتعلمين في الأطوار الدراسية الثلاثة (الابتدائي، المتوسط، والثانوي)، من منطلق الوظيفة التعلمية الملقاة على عاتقها ودعمها لوظيفة المكتبة المدرسية، لاسيما في ظل غياب هذه الأخيرة، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي وباستخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية للدراسة. وقد أثبتت الدراسة الميدانية التي قمنا بها أن المكتبات الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية تسعى جاهدة لتنفيذ البرامج التي تسطرها الدولة، وبالرغم من حداثتها إلا أنها استطاعت الاندماج في المجتمع وأصبحت قبلة للمتعلمين وتقدم خدمات متنوعة لاسيما لفئة الأطفال والمتعلمين كونهم يشكلون الفئة الأكثر ارتيادا عليها، لكن بالمقابل سجلنا العديد من النقائص خاصة في مجال توفير الأرصدة العلمية والخدمات التكنولوجية والتدريبية، لذلك على المكتبات العمومية تدارك هذه النقائص لتفعيل دورها التعليمي التربوي This study aims to investigate the extent of the contribution of the central public libraries in eastern Algeria to the academic achievement of learners in the three school cycles (primary, middle and secondary), with regard to the pedagogical function assigned to these schools and their support for the school library, especially in the absence of school libraries. The research relies on the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as the main tool of the study. Our field study has proven that the central public libraries strive to implement the programs set by the state, and despite being recent, they have been able to integrate into society and have become a destination for learners thanks to the various services they provide, especially for children and learners, as they constitute the categories that frequent the library the most, however we have recorded many shortcomings, especially in the field of providing scientific credits and technological services and training. Therefore, public libraries must address these deficiencies in order to activate their educational role
