منهجية ترجمة التعريف في المعاجم المتخصّصة واستثمارها في تعليميّة الترجمة المهنية – معجم المصطلحات القانونية فرنس ي – عربي لمحمد طالب يعقوبي أنموذجًا – دراسة وصفية نقدي ة

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا إلى تطوير معجم متخصص في القانون لأغراض تعليمية. لقد قمنا بتطوير منهجية لإنشاء هذا المعجم المتخصص، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار احتياجات المستخدمين في مختلف السياقات المتخصصة. وقد اخترنا معجم المصطلحات القانونية فرنسي – عربي لـ " يعقوبي (2009 ) لدراسة خصائص التعريفات الاصطلاحية، كما تتناول الدراسة التمييز بين علم المصطلح والمعجمية، وكذلك وظائف المعجم في تدريس الترجمة المتخصصة. كما قدمنا تحليلا للنماذج المستخرجة من معجم المصطلحات القانونية، مع إبراز دوافع إنشائه وأثره على النظام القانوني نتيجة تطبيق المبادئ القانونية الفرنسية خلال فترة الاستعمار في الجزائر. وتسلط نتائج التحليل الضوء على أهمية تعريف المصطلحات في تدريس الترجمة المتخصصة. لقد قمنا بتطوير تطبيق "JuriDiLex" استجابة لهدفنا المتمثل في مساعدة المترجمين المبتدئين وطلاب الترجمة على حل المشكلات المصطلحية التي تمثل عائقا في النصوص المتخصصة. وأخيراً، تشمل الآفاق البحثية التي تفتحها هذه الدراسة إثراء المعجم بمصطلحات أخرى، وتطبيق "JuriDiLex" في برامج دراسة الترجمة، وإدراج الترجمة الآلية في تدريس اللغات الأجنبية The aim of our study is to develop a specialized legal dictionary for educational purposes, based on the dictionary Le Lexique des termes juridiques. We have developed a methodology for creating this specialized dictionary, taking into account the needs of users in various specialized contexts. We chose Yakoubi's (2009) dictionary of legal terms to study the characteristics of terminological definitions as well as the difference between terminology and lexicography and the role of the dictionary in teaching specialized translation. Additionally, the analysis emphasizes the significance of terminological definitions in teaching specialized translation. In response to this need, we created the “JuriDiLex application” to assist novice translators and translation students in resolving terminological issues encountered in specialized texts. Finally, this study opens up research perspectives such as enriching the dictionary with additional terms, incorporating “JuriDiLex” into translation curricula, and investigating the integration of machine translation into foreign language didactics.
