تأثير البعد السوسيوثقافي والسياقي في الترجمة السمعية البصرية: العنونة-التحتية لفيلمين جزائريين نموذجا

Abstract

تتناول هذه الأطروحة البُعدين السوسيوثقافي والسياقي في عملية العنونة التحتية من خلال تحليل فيلمين جزائريين: "مسخرة" و"عمر قتلاتو". تسعى الأطروحة لفهم كيفية تأثير السياق السوسيوثقافي في السياقين الداخلي والخارجي على استراتيجيات العنونة التحتية وخيارات المعنون وما الذي يجعلها تميل أكثر إلى التمركز الإثني. تعتمد العنونة التحتية على العلاقات الاجتماعية والثقافية والتاريخية، ولذلك يجب مراعاة الجمهور المتلقي وتوجهاته وثقافته في عملية الترجمة. وبما أن العنونة التحتية ترتكز على التخاطب والتفاعل مع الجمهور المتلقي، شأنها شأن أي إنتاج لغوي في اللغة نفسها أو في لغة أجنبية، فهذا التركيز يجعل الخيارات الترجمية تميل، إلى هذا الحد أو ذاك، إلى المركزة الإثنية بالمفهوم التوسطي عند جون بيترز. وقد أظهرنا أيضا كيف تلعب الدوال الحوارية بتنوعاتها دورا هاما في العنونة. وقد حاولنا إظهار تأثير السياقات الفيلمية والسياق السوسيوثقافي في الخيارات الترجمية وحاولنا أن نبرز كيف تدفع هذه السياقات المعنون إلى انتهاج استراتيجية تكون مركزية إثنية في الكثير من الأحيان. This thesis delves into the socio-cultural and contextual dimensions within the subtitling process by analyzing two Algerian films: "Mascarades" and "Omar Gatlato." Its objective is to elucidate how the socio-cultural context influences subtitling strategies, both at the intrafilmic and extrafilmic levels. Subtitling is intricately linked to social, cultural, and historical dynamics, necessitating a thorough consideration of target audiences, their preferences, and their cultural backgrounds. It's crucial to acknowledge that even within the same society, there exists a multitude of audience segments and groups that warrant attention. Subtitling is inherently rooted in communication and engagement with the target audience, which can result in more or less ethnocentric translation decisions, as conceptualized by Jean Peeters. The thesis underscores the pivotal role that internal cinematic elements play in subtitling. it also aims to emphasize how external and socio-cultural contexts contribute significantly to subtitling choices, often leading to the adoption of essentially ethnocentric strategies
