Abstract

الملخص بالعربية: يندرج هذا المقال في مجال تعليم العربية للنّاطقين بغيرها، وهو مجال يحتاج إلى جهود كبيرة، خاصة وأن العربية اليوم تواجه تحديات العولمة التي تفرض شروطها ومقاييسها على لغات العالم وبالتّحديد على اللغات التي لا تملك عوامل القوة. ونظن أنّ إيجاد حلول لمشكلات تعليم العربية للنّاطقين بغيرها يرتبط بإيجاد حلول لتعليمها للنّاطقين بها. لذلك حاولت هذه الدّراسة أن تُركّز على مواصفات الطّرائق الفعّالة لتدريس العربية للنّاطقين بها وبغيرها، لأنّنا نظن أنّ مجال تعليم العربية يعاني قصورا في طرائق التّعليم. كما تناولت مسألة مهمة هي معيقات تدريس اللغة العربية للنّاطقين بغيرها على المستوى العملي التّطبيقي بالتّطرق إلى المباحث الآتية: معيقات ناتجة عن اللغة العربية ذاتها وعن بيئتها العامّة، معيقات ناتجة عن المعلّم وطرائق التّعليم، معلّم العربية للنّاطقين بغيرها ومشكلات الكفاية التّواصلية، معيقات ناتجة عن المنهاج والبرامج. وختمنا هذه الدراسة بجملة من النّتائج والاقتراحات. باللغة الانجليزية. Teaching Arabic to non-native speakers between the obsession of theorizing and obstacles to application This article is in the field of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, a field that still needs great efforts, especially since Arabic is facing nowadays the challenges of globalization that imposes its conditions and standards on the languages of the world namely those that do not own factors of power. We believe that finding solutions to the problems of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers is related to finding solutions to the problems of teaching Arabic to native speakers. Therefore, this study tried to focus on the specifications of the effective methods of teaching Arabic to both native and non-native speakers, because we think that the field of teaching Arabic is still deficient as regards the teaching methods. It also tackled an important issue, which is the obstacles to teaching Arabic to native and non-native speakers on the practical level. In this paper, we tried to study the following topics: obstacles arising from the Arabic language itself and its general environment, obstacles generated from the teacher and the teaching methods, the teacher of Arabic to non-native speakers and the problems of communication competence, obstacles arising from curriculum and programs. This study was concluded with a set of results and suggestions.
