نضال الجزائري عبد السلام بوعزة السياسي في لبنان، من خلال مراسلات وتقارير الأرشيف الفرنسي

Abstract

أخذ الجزائريون مواقعهم في النضال السياسي في عدة بلدان عربية، منذ وقوع الاحتلال الفرنسي لبلادهم، وبداية ظاهرة الهجرة الخارجية منها، وكانت لهم عطاءات كثيرة على مختلف المستويات والمواقع الجغرافية، منهم من كتبت عنهم الأقلام الأكاديمية باستفاضة، نظرا لتوفر المادة العلمية بشأنهم، ومنهم من بقيت جهوده مجهولة لعدة اعتبارات، أمثال الجزائري: عبد السلام بوعزة، الذي استقرت عائلته في لبنان، منذ العقود الأولى لاحتلال الجزائر، فمن هو عبد السلام بوعزة؟، وما هي أبرز مظاهر نشاطه السياسي في لبنان أو انطلاقا منه؟، هذا ما تطرق اليه هذا المقال، حيث كشف عن نشاط سياسي كثيف كان يقوم به عبد السلام الجزائري، سجلته الدبلوماسية الفرنسية في مراسلاتها وتقاريرها عن الجزائريين في المهجر، فقد أسس جمعية سياسية بلبنان، حتى قبل حصوله على الجنسية اللبنانية، رفقة جزائريين اخرين بعضهم كان موظفا في وزارة الخارجية اللبنانية، وهو ما جعلنا نعتقد ان هذا الموضوع لا يزال بحاجة إلى التعمق في البحث، لأن الأرشيف الفرنسي، الدبلوماسي على وجه الخصوص، لا زال يكشف لنا خبايا جديدة عن جهود المهاجرين الجزائريين في الخارج، إبان فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر Algerians have taken their place in the political struggle in several Arab countries, since the French occupation of their country, and the beginning of the phenomenon of external migration from it, and they have had many contributions at various levels and geographical locations, some of whom have been written about extensively by academic pens, due to the availability of scientific material about them, and some of whom have remained unknown for several reasons, such as the Algerian: Abdel Salam Bouazza, whose family settled in Lebanon, since the first decades of the occupation of Algeria, so who is Abdel Salam Bouazza?, and what are the most prominent aspects of his political activity in Lebanon or from it? This is what this article addressed, as it revealed the intense political activity that Abdel Salam Al-Jazaery was carrying out, which was recorded by French diplomacy in its correspondence and reports on Algerians abroad. He founded a political association in Lebanon, even before he obtained Lebanese citizenship, along with other Algerians, some of whom were employees in the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This is what made us believe that this topic still needs to be researched in depth, because the French archives, especially the diplomatic archives, still reveal to us new secrets about the efforts of Algerian immigrants abroad, during the period of the French occupation of Algeria.
