Item مكانة فلســفة محمد أركـون في الفكـر العـربي المعاصر(University of algiers2 Abu El Kacem Saad Allah جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2021) حمروني, الكيسة; قوقام, رشيد (مدير البحث)نظرا لغياب أبحاث أكاديمية تشرح ما يجعل من مشروع "الإسلاميات التطبيقية" أو "نقد العقل الإسلامي" مشروعا فكريا يهتم بدراسة الإسلام كقرآن وحديث وممارسات دينية. نقترح في هذه الأطروحة محاولة فحص هذا المشروع لفهم ما يكتنفه من المعنى لمعرفة إلى أي مدى يمكن أن يكون"نقدا لعقل الإسلامي"، إستراتيجية معرفية كفيلة بإخراج هذا العقل من السياجان الدوغمائية التي حبس فيها نفسه، وإلى أي درجة يستطيع أن يساهم في فتح آفاق فكرية جديدة أمامه؟ اعتمادا على منهجيات التحليل والوصف والمقارنة التي تفرضها طبيعة الموضوع المطروح، سنحاول بيان معالم المشروع الأركوني المختلفة. أما الهدف من هذا البحث فهو إبراز قيمة المقاربة النقدية في دراسات أركون الإسلامية استنادا إلى مؤلفاته كمرجعيات أساسية. بعد عرض النتائج المستخلصة، نختم العمل ببعض التوصيات لعلها تفيد القراء المحتملين Noting the absence of academic works explaining how Arkoun's work entitled "Applied islamology, Science of Islam, or Critique of Islamic Reason" can constitute a solid theoretical project aimed at studying Islam both as a corpus, hadith, and religious practice, we propose to examine to what extent Arkoun's critique of Islamic reason can constitute a cognitive strategy capable of taking it out of its dogmatic enclosures in order to open up new horizons for it. We will try to clarify the project in question by trying to make its content more explicit., By refining the definition of the project in question, based on criticalmodel of applied anthropology, and by making explicit the objectives of this approach, and finally by elaborating a more explicit idea of Arkounian thought. Some useful recommendations are then made to his potential readers.Item المجتمع المدني والديمقراطيةعند جورج فريدريك فيلهلم هيغل(University of algiers2 Abu El Kacem Saad Allah جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2022) شوليط, محند واعمر; قوقام, رشيد (مدير البحث)تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوعا محوريا في الفلسفة السياسية، يتمثل في مفهومي المجتمع المدني والديمقراطية، حيث تطرقنا فيها إلى مقاربة هذين المفهومين بالفلسفة السياسية عند هيغل، فكانت الغاية منها؛ هي التقصي عن تجلياتهما في النسق المنطقي والفلسفي عنده، فتبين لنا أنه ميز بين مجالي المجتمع المدني كحيز يعبر عن الجزئية، يتصارع فيه الأفراد من أجل المصالح الاقتصادية والمادية، ما يجعله لا يرتقي لمستوى الدولة التي ترمز إلى المعقولية والحرية كما يعرفها هيغل. وأما ما يتعلق بموقف هيغل من الديمقراطية، فيظهر لنا أنه ليس من المدافعين عن النظام الديمقراطي، لكن لم يكن من المناهضين لحرية وحقوق الإنسان، فقد كانت فلسفته في القانون أكبر دليل على ذلك، حيث ينبغي أن يعبر عن ذات الفرد وثقافته وهويته، ولهذا يرى هيغل في نظام الملكية الدستورية أفضل الأنظمة السياسية لتسيير حياة الناس داخل إطار الدولة This study deals with a central topic in political philosophy, represented in the concepts of civil society and democracy, in which we discussed the approach of these two concepts to Hegel's political philosophy. It is the investigation of their manifestations in his logical and philosophical system, and it turns out that he distinguished between the two fields of civil society as a space that expresses the partial, in which individuals struggle for economic and material interests, which makes him not rise to the level of the state that symbolizes reasonableness and freedom as Hegel defines. As for Hegel's position on democracy, it appears to us that he is not a defender of the democratic system, but he was not an opponent of freedom and human rights. In the constitutional monarchy, the best political systems for managing people's lives are within the framework of the state.
