Item بلاغة الطرفة(مجلة اللسانيات التطبيقية- كلية اللغة العربية وأدابها- جامعة الجزائر 02- أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2022-12-17) قادري, أمين; بوساحة, خديجةحاول هذه الورقة البحثية، إبراز إمكانية البلاغة العربية في مقاربة أجناس غير شعرية، بالاعتماد على المقاربة البلاغية الجديدة التي تقوم على البعد الإمتاعي والبعد التداولي معا وإبراز دورهما في تفعيل الدرس البلاغي، بعد أن ظل عقودا طويلة رهين التعبير الجميل المتجسد في التخييل والإمتاع، مهتما بآلية اشتغال الظواهر البلاغية في النصوص رصدا وتحليلا، ولتبيان كل هذا نقوم بتحليل نص طريف لأبي حية النميري (الهيثم بن الربيع ت 183 ه) في ضوء المقاربة البلاغية الجديدة لنكشف عن سر بلاغته أي سر تأثيره في المتلقي جماليا وتداوليا. نستهدف من خلالها تبيان قدرات البلاغة على مقاربة أجناس أدبية دون الاقتصار على الشعر فحسب، وإلى الخروج بالدرس البلاغي من أسر تطبيق القاعدة على الشاهد والمثال إلى آفاق أكثر اتساعا على مستوى آليات التحليل، فيصبح الدرس البلاغي من خلالها سبيلا إلى إكساب المتعلمين مختلف المهارات اللغوية، من فهم للنصوص، ثم تذوق لمواطن الجمال فيها، وقدرة على التحليل والتعليل بامتلاك قدرات استدلالية. This research paper attempts to highlight the possibility of Arabic rhetoric in non-poetic genres approach, relying on the new rhetorical approach thatis based on both the entertaining and the pragmatic dimensions. This is done by highlighting their role in activating the rhetorical cours after long decades of being held hostage by the beautiful expression embodied in imagination and enjoyment, that was paying attention to the mechanism of the rhetorical phenomena operating in the texts for monitoring and analysis rather than exploring the rhetorical effect in the texts. In an effort to clarify all this, we will analyze the humorous text of Abu Hayya al-Numairi (Al-Haytham bin Al-Rabee, died 183 AH) in light of the new rhetorical approach to reveal the secret of his rhetoric and the secret of his influence on the recipient esthetically and deliberately. In this sense, we aim to demonstrate the capabilities of rhetoric to approach literary genres without limiting it to poetry only, and therefore releasing the rhetorical cours from the captivity of applying the rule to the example to further horizons, to the level of analysis mechanisms, so the rhetorical cours becomes a way for learners to acquire various linguistic skills, starting from a good understanding of texts, to the ability of tastingtheir beauty, by giving the recipient the ability to analyze and explain through possessing semantic capabilities.Item تداولية ألفاظ العقود في الفقه الإسلامي -من الإنجازية إلى السياقية-(مخبر اللسانيات التطبيقية وتعليم اللغات, 2022-06-11) قادري, أمينتقدم الدراسة المقترحة قراءة كلية عن "ألفاظ العقود" في الفقه الإسلامي، من منظور تداولي، وتراهن الدراسة على القوة الإنجازية لألفاظ العقود، بحكم ما يترتب عليها فقهيا من اللوازم الحقوقية كالبيع والشراء والهبة والزواج والطلاق وغيرها من المعاملات المالية والأسرية في النظام الإسلامي. كما تقترح الورقة دراسة في الوسائل اللغوية والسياقية التي يقترحها الفقه الإسلامي على مراقبي العقود من أجل فهم الفعل الإنجازي لألفاظ العقود في ضوء سياقات التلفظ؛ بهدف الحرص على سلامة العقود ومنع المتكلمين من استخدام الألعاب اللغوية للتحايل على الالتزام الفقهي بالحقوق. وستعتمد الدراسة على عرض ألفاظ العقود من خلال كتب القواعد الفقهية والفروع الفقهية مع التركيز على الفقه المالكي، من أجل بناء منظومة تصورية منسجمة، وتجنبا لتشتيت الآراء في حدود مساحة الدراسة. This research paper gives a global lecture of " contract formulas" in Islamic jurisprudence from a pragmatic perspective. It focusses on the contracts formulas performative force according to their jurisprudence obligations on legal supplies as sale, purchase, donation, marriage, divorce and all familial and financial transactions on Islamic system. This research suggest also linguistics and contextual means , proposed by jurisprudence for the contracts observer in order to understand the contracts wards achievements on pronunciation context with intention to preserve the safety of contracts and prevent speakers to use language games to cheat the jurisprudence commitment by rights. The studies shall expose the contracts formulas according to jurisprudence works, focussing on Maliki jurisprudence ,in order to build an coherent conceptual system and avoid distracting opinions on this paper area.Item تحقيق النص الشعري عند أحمد فوزي الهيب-قراءة في تحقيق كتاب الدر المنتخب(مخبر اللسانيات التطبيقية وتعليم اللغات, 2022-01-15) قادري, أميننحاول في هذه الدراسة اكتشاف أهم مبادئ واستراتيجيات تحقيق النصوص الشعرية عند المحقق أحمد فوزي الهيب من خلال إصداره كتاب الدر المنتخب لعلاء الدين ابن خطيب الناصرية. ونحاول تتبع طريقته في تحقيق النص الشعري والتعليق عليه من خلال أربع نقط هي: تحقيق النسبة والتحقيق اللغوي والتحقيق العروضي والتحقيق الفني. هذا، ونستهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة اكتشاف أسس تحقيق النص الشعري في مدونة غير شعرية أساسا، وما يفترض أن يكون لهذا العمل العلمي من خصوصيات يفرضها النص، مقتصرين على الجزء الأول من الدر المنتخب. In this study, we try to discover the most important principles and strategies of poetic texts authentication by Ahmed Fawzi Al-Haib through his edition of Ad-dur Al-Muntakhab of Alaa Al-Din Ibn Khatib Al-Nasiriyah. And we try to investigate his method in poetic text editing and commenting through four points: authenticity investigation, linguistic, prosodic, and artistic authentication. We aim through this study to discover the foundments of poetic text authentication in a non-poetic corpus, and what this scientific work is supposed to have from the peculiarities imposed by the text. Our lecture will be restricted on the first volume of Ad-durr Al-Muntakhab.Item المقامية في تعليمية النص-أنموذج مقامات الحريري -(مخبر اللسانيات التطبيقية وتعليم اللغات, 2018-12-10) قادري, أمينتناقش هذه الدراسة إمكانية إدراج معيار من معايير النصية في تعليمية النص، هو معيار المقامية، وذلك لأهميته وعلاقته الوطيدة بمفهوم التواصل، وذلك بالاستناد إلى أنموذج المقامات، وقد تم شرح الأسباب العلمية التي تجعل من هذا النص الأدبي نصا نموذجيا لإبراز مفهوم المقامية، وهو تضمن نص أدنى في نص أعلى، وتحول النص الأدنى إلى علامة في سياق السرد الذي يتضمنه النص الأعلى، وهو ما يجعل النص الأعلى مقاما للنص الأدنى. وقد بيّنت الدراسة التطبيقية كيف يسهم هذا النوع من النصوص المركبة في تحليل: جنس النص ومحتواه وشكل التلقي وتشكّل الخطاب واتجاهاته والبناء اللغوي. وهو ما بين فعالية هذا النموذج في تعليمية المقام في ضوء المقاربة النصية. Cet article inspecte la possibilité d’inclure une nouvelle norme de textualité dans le processus de didactique de textes, il s’agit de la norme de situationalité, qui rentre en rapport très restreint avec le concept de communication. Cette inspection se fera avec l’apport d’un texte littéraire d’une grande renommé, à savoir : les séances (Al-maqàmàt-s) d’Al-Hariri, que nous estimons très adéquates pour cette approche. A partir du rapport constructif intertextuel entre les deux textes : enchâssant et enchâssé dans la séance, nous essayerons de montrer comment l’hyper-structure peut se proposer comme contexte situationnel pour le texte enchâssé, aidant ainsi à son interprétation, et montrant, pour une fin didactique, comment les indicateurs situationnels des deux textes rentrent dans une interaction (constructive-interprétative).
