Item الضغط النفسي ومشكلات الصحة النفسية لدى الأستاذ الجامعي(المرشد-مخبر القياس والإرشاد النفسي-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2018-05-21) Berrazouane, Hassibaللظروف المهنية تأثير على الصحة النفسية للعمال بصفة عامة و نخص بالذكر الصحة النفسية للأستاذ الجامعي. فمصادر الضغوط الفزيقية أو الفردية أو التنظيمية يمكن أن تسبب العديد من المشاكل المتعلقة بالصحة النفسية و العقلية كما أكدته العديد من الدراسات. و هذا ما نسعى البحث عنه من خلال دراستنا الميدانية الحالية. التي تشمل الجانب النظري الذي يحتوي على أهمية و إشكالية الدراسة و الجانب التطبيقي الذي سوف نحاول من خلاله دراسة الضغط المهني ومشكلات الصحة النفسية لدى الأستاذ الجامعي و للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة تم استعمال استبيان مصادر الضغط النفسي لدى الأستاذ الجامعي الذي أعده يوسف جوادي(2006)، و مقياس الصحة النفسية الذي أعده كامل الزبيدي وسناء مجول الهزاع (1997)، و ذلك على عينة متكونة من 54 أستاذ جامعي. و سوف نناقش النتائج في ظل بعض الدراسات السابقة. ونختم الدراسة بمجموعة من الاقتراحات التي تخدم المهتمين بالموضوع. Les conditions professionnelles affectent la santé mentale des travailleurs en général et en particulier la santé mentale de l’enseignant universitaire. Les sources de stress physique, individuel ou organisationnel peuvent causer de nombreux problèmes de santé mentale, comme le confirment de nombreuses études. C'est ce que nous recherchons dans notre étude de terrain actuelle. Qui comprend l'aspect théorique qui contient l'importance et la problématique de l'étude. Et l'aspect pratique à travers lequel nous allons essayer d'étudier le stress professionnel et les problèmes de santé mentale de l’enseignant universitaire. Afin de vérifier les hypothèses de l'étude, nous avons utilisé le questionnaire de source de stress psychologique chez l’enseignant universitaire de Yousef Djawadi (2006), et la mesure de santé mentale de Kamel Al-Zubaidi et Sana Majoul Al-Hazzaa (1997) sur un échantillon de 54 individus. Nous discuterons les résultats dans le cadre de certaines études antérieures. Nous concluons avec une série de suggestions qui servent les parties intéressées.Item مقومات جودة الحياة لدى الأستاذ الجامعي وعلاقتها بأدائه الوظيفي دراسة ميدانية بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية / جامعة خنشلة(المرشد-مخبر القياس والإرشاد النفسي-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2018-05-21) حمزاوي, سهىتعد جودة الحياة لدى الأستاذ الجامعي من القضايا المحورية التي برزت مؤخرا في مختلف الدراسات المتعلقة بالجامعات ومؤسسات التعليم العالي بهدف اكتساب نمط حياة متوازن يساعد الأستاذ على التكيف وتحقيق الأداء الوظيفي المطلوب. وعليه تأتي هذه الدراسة الميدانية بهدف إبراز أهم مقومات جودة الحياة (الموضوعية والذاتية) في الوسط الجامعي والتي تخص بالتحديد الأستاذ كونه أحد الأطراف الفاعلة في عملية التكوين. حيث قمنا من خلالها بتوظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإبراز طبيعة علاقة الارتباط بين كل من الدخل، السكن، المستوى العلمي وبيئة العمل كمؤشرات موضوعية والصحة الجسمية وضغوط العمل كمؤشرات ذاتية وبين الأداء البيداغوجي والعلمي للأستاذ الجامعي. وتوصلت الدراسة في النهائية إلى أنه كلما توافرت هذه المعايير وتجسدت في الواقع كلما كان أداء الأستاذ الجامعي فعالا ومحققا للهدف المنتظر منه. The quality of life of the University professor is one of the pivotal issues that has emerged recently in the various studies related to universities and institutions of higher education With the aim of acquiring a balanced lifestyle that helps the professor to adapt and achieve the required functional performance. Accordingly, this field study aims to highlight the The most important features of Substantive and subjective quality of life In the university center that specifically belongs to the professor Being one of the actors in the process of training Through which we have employed the descriptive approach to highlight the nature of the correlation between each of the income ,housing, Scientific level and working environment as objective indicators and Physical health and work pressure as self-indicators and Between the pedagogical and scientific performance of the University professor . Finally, the study found that the more these standards are available and are actually reflected whenever a university professor's performance is effective and achieved the expected goal.
