Item مناذج لعوامل الطالق يف اجملتمعات عامة ويف اجملتمع اجلزائري خاصة(مجلة الاسرة و المجتمع, 2022-06-30) كسال, مسعودةتناول هذا المقال بعض نماذج عوامل الطلاق في المجتمع الأمريكي والمجتمع السوفياتي والمجتمع المصري، وهذا حسب بعض الدراسات الاجتماعية، التي تمت في هذه المجتمعات. كما يتناول بعض هذه العوامل في المجتمع الجزائري، حسب بعض الأطروحات الجزائرية، التي تمت في المرحلة التاريخية الحالية من هذا المجتمع وحسب بعض الجرائد والمجلات الجزائرية الناطقة باللغة الفرنسية The present paper sheds light on the main factors contributing to divorce in the American, Soviet and Egyption societies. It also discusses these factors within an Algerian context based on the findings of recent reseach studies as well as newspapers' and magazines' reports.Item تثمين التراث الثقافي المحلي من خلال المؤسسات الوطنية(الساوراة, 2022-12-25) دحماني, مليكةيعتبر التراث الثقافي أحد المكونات الرئيسية لهوية أي مجتمع و ثقافته ، فهو شكل ثقافي متميز يعكس الخصائص البشرية عميقة الجذور، فيه تحدد عراقة وأصالة هذه المجتمعات ، وقد أصبح الحفاظ على التراث الإنساني من الأولويات الملحة . في هذا الإطار جاءت مجموعة من الاتفاقيات و المواثيق الدولية بهدف تثمين و حماية التراث الإنساني. ولأن المؤسسات الوطنية بدورها مدعوة للانخراط في التعريف و تثمين تراثنا الوطني باعتباره العنصر الفعال في حركة التطور و سيرورة الوحدة ، لما يوفره من عناصر القوة وعناصر التلاحم من جهة ولكونه مصدر ثراء حضاري ورافداً من روافد ثقافة المجتمع الجزائري . Cultural heritage is one of the main components of the identity and culture of any society. It is a distinct cultural form that reflects deep - rooted human characteristics. In this context, a series of international conventions and instruments have been adopted with a view to valuing and protecting human heritage. The institutions, in turn, are called upon to engage in definition and to value our national heritage as an effective element of evolution and unity, because of the strength and cohesion it provides, on the one hand, and because it is a source of rich civilization and a source of culture in Algerian societyItem الأمثال الشعبية الجزائرية بين تعظيم الذّكر وتحقير الأنثى(مجلة اللغة الوظيفية, 2021-12-28) حويلي, نبيل: تُعتبر الأمثال الشعبية من أكثر الأشكال الشعبية تداولا في الوسط الجزائري، نظرا لما تحمله من وظائف داخل المجتمع، فهي على جانب مهمّ من العظّة والعبرة، وهي أقوال مأثورة بليغة تدلّ على إصابة المعنى. وسنسعى في دراستنا هذه الوقوف عند مجموعة من الأمثال الشعبية المتداولة في المجتمع الجزائري والتي جمعناها من خلال تبادل أطراف الحديث بين فئة هذا المجتمع، ومن ثمّة تحليل نصوصها ومعرفة مناسبات أدائها كما سنحاول أيضا الوقوف عند نوعين متناقضين من الأمثال الشعبيّة، الأوّل منهما يمدح الذّكر ويكبر به والثاني يدين المرأة ويحتقرها Popular proverbs are among the most popular forms of expression in popular literature circulating in the Algerian society, due to the functions they carry within that society. In our study, we seek to stand at a group of popular proverbs circulating in Algerian society, which we gathered through the exchange of conversations between the category of this society, and then analyse their texts and find out the occasions for their performances. He condemns the woman and despises her.Item نماذج لعوامل الطلاق في المجتمعات عامة وفي المجتمع الجزائري خاصة(مجلة الاسرة و المجتمع, 2022-06-30) كسال, مسعودةيتناول هذا المقال بعض نماذج عوامل الطلاق في المجتمع الأمريكي والمجتمع السوفياتي والمجتمع المصري، وهذا حسب بعض الدراسات الاجتماعية، التي تمت في هذه المجتمعات. كما يتناول بعض هذه العوامل في المجتمع الجزائري، حسب بعض الأطروحات الجزائرية، التي تمت في المرحلة التاريخية الحالية من هذا المجتمع وحسب بعض الجرائد والمجلات الجزائرية الناطقة باللغة الفرنسية Divorce or the dissolution of the marital bond is subject to the peculiarities of the society or country in which the spouses live, which are determined through a number of procedural measures such as customs and traditions, religion, and manmade laws, and at the same time the nature of the reasons that led to the dissolution of the marital bond that differ from one society to another, and from one family to another, and from one individual to another (of both sexes), and it is related to the nature of social upbringing and the type of values that he is saturated with and embodied in his behavior, or to health, economic, social, cultural, or residential conditions..etc. Interaction and understanding between spouses and sometimes caused harm, especially for women and children. We have tried to address another point in this article, by touching on some models of divorce factors in each of: American society, Soviet society and Egyptian society, according to some social studies that were carried out in these societies, and in parallel with that, we also dealt with some of these factors in Algerian society. According to some Algerian theses and literature, and according to some French-speaking Algerian newspapers and magazines that took place in the current historical stage of this society.
