Item الهجرة المشدالية نحو فرنسا ما بين الحربين: دراسة من خلال الأرشيف الفرنسي(Afkar wa Affak, 2022-11-06) سعودي, يسمينةشهدت مشدالة ظاهرة الهجرة، بسبب الظروف الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي عاشتها في ظل الاحتلال الفرنسي فيما بين الحربين، وتعد الدراسة مهمة لمحاولتها الغوص في التاريخ المحلي المجهري اعتمادا على الأرشيف بالدرجة الأولى سواء ارشيف فرنسا او الارشيف المحلي و الوطني الدراسة حيث سمحت لنا بالوقوف عند بعض النقاط وهي تاريخ بداية الهجرة بمشدالة الى فرنسا وكيف تطورت؟ فئاتها، وما انعكاساتها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية و النفسية؟ حيث عرفت المنطقة نوعين من الهجرة، داخلية وخارجية، وإن كان للجوار دور هامّ في الهجرة الأولى، فالثانية ارتبطت بما خلّفته السياسة الفرنسية من مصادرة للأراضي، وتشريد للعائلات فيما بين الحربين ، والتي لا يمكن معالجتها، إلا إذا حصرنا أهمّ موجاتها والشرائح التي مسّتها والدّور الذي لعبته؟ ويبقى جوهر الإشكال مرتبطا بأبعاد هذه الهجرة، السياسية، والاجتماعية منها في بلورة فكرة الكفاح الوطني. chedellah witnessed the phenomenon of migration caused by the deterioration of economic and social conditions under French occupation between the two wars. We propose to treat this migration through a local microscopic study, by the exploitation of French archives and local and national archives. We will try to answer the questions about the date, the forms of its development, the categories concerned and its social, economic, political and psychological consequences? The analysis of the archives consulted allowed us to study two types of migration, internal and external, which are both the product of the French policy of land confiscation and its dramatic consequences on the population. We have also shown that the period between the two wars is a pivotal phase in the development of the causal relationship between the effects of French colonial policy and the acceleration of emigration flows to France. Mchedellah a été témoin du phénomène de la migration causée par la détérioration des conditions économiques et sociales sous l'occupation française entre les deux guerres. Nous proposons traiter cette migration à travers d’une étude microscopique locale, par l’exploitation des archives françaises et les archives locales et nationales. Nous tenterons des répondre aux interrogations au sujet de la date les formes de son développement, les catégories concernées et sur ses conséquences sociales, économiques, politiques et psychologiques ? L’analyse des archives consultées nous a permis d’étudier deux types de migration, interne et externe, qui sont, toutes les deux, le produit de la politique française de confiscation des terres et de ses conséquences dramatiques sur la population. Nous avons également montré que la période entre les deux guerres est une phase charnière dans le développement du rapport de causalité entre les effets politique coloniale française et l’accélération des flux d’(émigration vers la France.Item الأرشيف الجزائري: بين الوثيقة التاريخية والمهنة الأرشيفية(مجلة مجتمع تربية عمل, 2022-12-09) زعباط, فريدتزامن تطور مهنة الأرشيفي وتطور الوثائق الأرشيفية المنتجة وفق اوعيتها المختلفة، أين أولت لها الدول التقدمة العناية اللازمة. سواء عن طريق التكوين في التخصص أو الجمعيات المهنية، أين ساهمت هذه الأخيرة بقسط كبير في تطوير مكانة الأرشيف. في المقابل سعت الدولة الجزائرية لتثمين المهنة الأرشيفية عن طريق تقوية الترسانة التشريعية، لكن لامبالاة مسؤولي الإدارات بقطاع الأرشيف وبالأرشيفي حال دون تحقيق المبتغى The archivist's profession has evolved in tandem with the growing volume of documents produced by administrations and institutions, exerting significant pressure on available resources. Developed countries have proactively addressed this issue, investing in specialized training and establishing professional associations. Consequently, these efforts have elevated the status of archivists. In line with this, the Algerian state has endeavored to enhance the recognition of the archival profession by bolstering legislative measures. However, the lack of attention from administrative authorities responsible for the archival sector, along with the indifference of archivists themselves, has hindered progress in this regard.
