Item العوامل الاسترتيجية في العلاقات الجزائرية الفرنسية- ايفيان و المتوسطية(المجلة المغاربية للمخطوطات-مخبر المخطوطات-كلية العلوم الانسانية جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2023-01-01) علاوي، فضيلةAbstract: This article aims to shed light on the impact of the geography of the Mediterranean and the Evian Accords as strategic factors on French-Algerian relations. As the Algerian-French relations are considered a distinct case in international relations as a result of the continuous attraction over the opposite files on the economic, political and cultural levels, where the north and south, colonialism, liberation and other strategic factors and opposite sides of the Mediterranean, which was and still is one of the strategic spaces affecting international politics. Geography has played an important role in the development and transformation of Algerian-French relations during centuries of conflict, cooperation or cautious calm. The repeated accords also played an equally important role in the geopolitics industry between the two countries. Perhaps the most important of these accords is the Evian Accords. Keywords: Evian Accords; The Mediterranean Sea; Algerian-French relations; Mediterranean Basin; Algeria and France. الملخص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على تأثير جغرافيا المتوسط واتفاقية ايفيان كعوامل استراتجية على العلاقات الجزائرية الفرنسية. اذ تعتبر العلاقات الجزائرية الفرنسية حالة متميزة في العلاقات الدولية نتيجة التجاذب المستمر حول الملفات المتقابلة على المستويات الاقتصادية والسياسية والثقافية حيث الشمال والجنوب والاستعمار والتحرر وغيرها من العوامل الاستراتجية ومتقابلات ضفتي البحر المتوسط الذي كان ومازال أحد الفضاءات الاستراتجية المؤثرة في السياسات الدولية. فقد لعبت الجغرافيا دورا هاما في تطور العلاقات الجزائرية الفرنسية وتحولاتها خلال قرون الصراع أو التعاون أو الهدوء الحذر. كما لعبت الاتفاقيات المتكررة دورا لا يقل أهمية في صناعة الجغرافيا السياسية بين البلدين ولعل أهم هذه الاتفاقيات اتفاقية ايفيانItem صدى ثورة الريف في الجزائر 1921-1926(المجلة المغاربية للمخطوطات-مخبر المخطوطات-كلية العلوم الانسانية جامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2025-12-31) بن جلول هزرشيتتناول الورقة صدى ثورة عبد الكريم الخطابي في الجزائر من خلال تفاعل الجزائريين وتضامنهم وتأييدهم لثورته في الداخل والخارج بإعتبارها ثورة مغاربية , وفرصة لتعميق الوعي بمخاطر الاستعمار , ولحظة فارقة في تاريخ المغرب العربي تذكر شعوبه بالعصر الذهبي , ودور المنطقة في رسم معالم خريطة البحر الأبيض المتوسط , وفي مواجهة كل أشكال التوسع الكولونيالي. كما تدرس مواقف الادارة الاستعمارية الفرنسية من ذلك التضامن عبر الإشارة لبعض الإجراءات العقابية المتخذة ضد الجزائريين كالنفي , والإبعاد , والمراقبة لنشاط الأفراد والمؤسسات الدينية , وما تكتبه الصحف الوطنية. Abstract : This paper addresses the echo of Abdel Karim Al-Khattabi’s revolution in Algeria through the Algerians’ interaction, solidarity, and support for his revolution at home and abroad, considering it a Maghreb revolution, an opportunity to deepen awareness of the dangers of colonialism, and a defining moment in the history of the Maghreb that reminds its people of the golden age, and the region’s role in drawing the features of the map of the Mediterranean Sea. And in the face of all forms of colonial expansion. It also studies the positions of the French colonial administration regarding that solidarity by referring to some of the punitive measures taken against the Algerians, such as exile, deportation, and monitoring the activity of individuals and religious institutions, and what national newspapers write.
