Different alienated grouped wished to be acknowledged for their uniqueness. During this social turmoil, they rose in resistance against all forms of power which included a fierce hatred and mistrust towards intellectuals. These creators of ideas were deeply embedded in their technocratic services in government and were absent from the fighting scenes of civil rights movements and anti-war protests. This paper attempts to determine the precise position of the American intellectual during the 1960s. He was the one who knew how to open up a splendid world of interpretations and thoughts through his literature, which had an incessant impact on the arts and cultures of the world. By addressing universal themes such as the duality between pretense and real life, fortune, nobility, and social imperfections, his literature transcends its time and resonates with ours. In a world where issues of social justice, immigration, and cultural diversity are at the forefront, Cervantes could evoke social media and comment on digital platform podcasts, ensuring his voice is heard. His characters, like Cipion and Berganza, could be updated to speak to us about current battles, whether on television or digital network platforms. Item Classical Education And Religious Teaching In Byzantium(المجلة المغاربية للمخطوطات-مخبر المخطوطات-كلية العلوم الانسانية جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2025-12-31) كربال زكيةAbstract: Higher education marks a priority of the emperors who succeeded one another on the throne of the Byzantine Empire and this during most periods of its history. They knew from the beginning the importance of higher education in building a strong and lasting state. In this context, a large number of historians date the construction of the imperial university back to Constantine I the Great (306 – 337). From this highly superior institution was born a most remarkable Elite, whose members put their fine knowledge in the interest of the empire's organizations, both civil and military. It is of paramount importance to point out that higher education in Byzantium was purely secular based on classical disciplines. Concerning the teaching of herelogy, there was an institute in Constantinople independent of the imperial university. Finally, it is worth noting that this quality teaching produced eminent humanists who shone like stars in the sky of Byzantium for centuries, their brilliance also touched the sky of the West within the framework of the wave of forced immigration which brought many of this elite back to Italy during the 15th century. 2025-12-31) Khalfi, DjamilaOne key aspect of digitizing and valuing cultural heritage is two-dimensional imaging. They almost hinge entirely on its dark side thriving upon extremes, (common) abnormalities and cloaked reality. They also probe into ethical dilemmas and national myths while deploying a style that—in all its richness—does not waver away from poignancy and solemnness. Particularly, his Southern works explore of cultural myths in an attempt to revise prevailing visions. By exposing the horrors of the past and how they survive into the present, The Orchard Keeper (1965), Child of God (1973) and Suttree (1979) unveil the failure of white American civilization with its nurturing of violent, egoistic, and supremacist myths. The narratives focus on social outcast who abandon society and seem to find no refuge in a decaying nature. Hence, the analyses show that their moral struggles, which result from foundational southern myths, represent a deeper reality within southern culture and carry universal significance.Item Perpetuating Fixity: An Analysis Of Osage Representation And The Settlers In Killers Of The Flower Moon (2023)(des archives - Actualités des archives - Faculté des sciences humaines, Université Al-Jair, 2 Abou Al-Qasim Saad Allah, 2025-01-01) Moukli Brayan; Tegaoua KenzaAt the Los Angeles premiere of Killers of the Flower Moon on October 17th, 2023, Christopher Cote, an Osage consultant who worked on the film, expressed reservations about the depiction of the Osage and how their roles are attributed in the story. Because of Hollywood’s misrepresentation history, this comment echoed with issues that are deeply rooted in the manner in which American films are envisioned, even when they stand for the oppressed and denounce the oppressors. This paper seeks to analyse the position held by the Osage in the movie by focusing on their power relationships with the white American characters, with the aim of revealing how the picture conceals a colonial narrative. Postcolonial theory serves as the theoretical base upon which the study is conducted. The characters are analysed through Homi Bhabha’s concept of fixity of the “Other” as well as Elise Marubbio’s identified stereotypes of Native Americans in the cinema of the USA. This paper highlights how Osage voices are confined to the background, while the narrative is dominated by the settlers' colonialist perspectives
