Item تأثير المناخ المدرسي على التحصيل الدراسي لتلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي دراسة ميدانية على عينة من التلاميذ بثانوية سعيد حمدين – الجزائر العاصمة –(Algiers2 University Abou El Kacem Saâdallah جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2024) Mohand Achour لعشاب، محند عشور Lachab; عقاب، نصيرة (مدير البحث)تعتبر المدرسة من أهم المؤسسات الاجتماعية، التي تتولى أمور التربية كونها المؤسسة المتخصصة في تنشئة أفراد المجتمع من خلال تلقينهم مختلف العلوم والمعارف وتهيئتهم للمساهمة في تقدم المجتمع وتطويره. تجري هذه العملية في إطار المناخ المدرسي، الذي يكتسي أهمية جوهرية في المجال التربوي، نظرا لتأثيره على التحصيل الدراسي للتلاميذ، ففي هذا الاتجاه تهدف دراستنا إلى معرفة التأثير الذي يمارسه المناخ المدرسي بالمدرسة الجزائرية) البيئة الداخلية للقسم الدراسي، العلاقات الاجتماعية بين المعلمين والتلاميذ وكذا التلاميذ مع بعضهم البعض وكثافة البرامج الدراسية و الحجم الساعي المخصص لها) على التحصيل الدراسي لتلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي و الذي يمكن قياسه بواسطة النتائج المتحصل عليها في الاختبارات. The school is considered the most important social institution, responsible for education as a specialized institution in the training of members of society, teaching them various sciences and knowledge, and preparing them to contribute to the progress and development of society. This process takes place within the framework of the school climate, which holds essential importance in the educational field due to its impact on the academic success of students. In this context, our study aims to understand the impact of the school climate in Algerian schools, including the classroom environment, social relations between teachers and students, students among themselves, as well as the intensity of school programs and the amount of instructional time, on the academic success of third-year secondary students, as expressed by their examination results
