Item الاتصال الداخلي وأثره في تحسين أداء العاملين في المؤسسة(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2023-02-28) مغراوي, محمد, mohamed Meghraoui; مشتة, ياسين, yacine Mechtaتعتبر عملية الاتصال من بين أهم العمليات التي تحرص المؤسسات على ضمان فعاليتها، لما تكتسيه من أهمية كبيرة في تخسين نوعية سير مختلف الأنشطة والمهام، من خلال تحقيق التفاهم المتبادل وإيجاد الثقة المشتركة المرجوة لتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة واستمرارها. كما أن ضمان الاتصال المستمر وبفعالية داخل المؤسسة يسهم في تحسين أداء الأفراد ويزيد في تحفيزه على بذل الجهد والابتكار، مما يسهم في تنمية قدراته وتحقيق مكاسب اجتماعية ويدفع بالمؤسسة إلى حصد النجاحات من خلال تطبيق مختلف القرارات النابعة من إستراتجيتها المنسجمة مع أهدافها.The communication process is among the most important processes that institutions are keen to ensure its effectiveness, because it is of great importance in improving the quality of the progress of various activities and tasks, by achieving mutual understanding and creating the desired mutual trust to achieve the goals of the institution and its continuity. In addition, ensuring continuous and effective communication within the organization contributes to improving the performance of individuals and increases their motivation to exert effort and innovation, which contributes to developing their capabilities and achieving social gains and pushes the organization to reap successes through the implementation of various decisions stemming from its strategy consistent with its objectives.
