Item الميراث و تأثيره على العلاقات الإجتماعية داخل الأسرة الجزائرية(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة-التنمية-الوقاية من الانحراف والاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2025-07-01) سيفون, أمينة; عماري, أمالتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل تأثير الميراث على العلاقات الاجتماعية داخل الأسرة الجزائرية من مختلف الأبعاد القانونية الاجتماعية. فقد تم تسليط الضوء على الأسباب الرئيسية التي تؤدي إلى النزاعات الميراثية، مثل تداخل الأعراف الاجتماعية مع القوانين الشرعية و الوضعية، و تأثير التباين بين الأجيال في فهم الميراث و تطبيقاته. كما تم استعراض تأثير هذه النزاعات على الروابط الأسرية و تأثيرها السلبي على استقرار المجتمع ككل. فمن خلال الدراس، تم التطرق إلى تحليل أسباب النزاعات الميراثية و تبعاتها الاجتماعية، بالإضافة إلى تقديم توصيات عملية تهدف إلى تعزيز التماسك الأسري و تقليل آثار هذه النزاعات من خلال الوساطة، التوعية القانونية و تحسين العلاقات الأسرية. This study aims to analyze the impact of inheritance on social relationships within Algerian families from various legal and social perspectives. The study focuses on the primary causes leading to inheritance conflicts, such as the intersection of social customs with religious and secular laws and the generational differences in understanding and applying inheritance laws. It also explores how these conflicts affect family bonds and their negative repercussions on social stability. The study examines the causes of inheritance conflicts and their social consequences while offering practical recommendations aimed at strengthening family cohesion and mitigating the effects of these conflicts. These recommendations include mediation, legal awareness, and the improvement of family relationships.Item طموح الأسرة الجزائرية حول مستقبل أبنائها المهني(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2023-07-31) ليماني, شهرزاد; بن سعيد, عبد القادرتهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى البحص في طبيعة طموح الأسرة الجزائرية تجاه مستقبل أبنائها المهني، ولتحقيق الغرض من الدراسة صممت الباحثة استبيان اعتمادا على الدراسات السابقة والدراسة الاستطلاعية، وبعد التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للأداة طبقت الدراسة الأساسية على عينة قوامها 480 من الآباء والأمهات، وتمت المعالجة البيانية للنتائج باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS 22) باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: المتوسط الحسابي، لمتوسط الفرضي، معامل الفروق (ت)، ومن تم جاءت النتائج تؤكد على أن طموح الأسرة نحو مستقبل أبنائها المهني يتجلى في مزاولة أبنائها مهن راقية لها أبعاد نفسية واجتماعية ومادية. The current study aims to examine the nature of the ambition of the Algerian family towards the professional future of its children. To achieve the purpose of the study, the purpose of study, the researcher designed a questionnaire based on previous studies and the exploratory study, After checking the psychometric characteristics of the tool, the basic study was applied to a sample of 480 parents, and the results were processed graphically using the statistical packages program (SPSS 22) using the following statistical methods: the arithmetic mean, the average hypothesis, the coefficient of differences (T), and from the results obtained, the results confirm that the family's aspiration towards the professional future of its children is reflected in the its children in prestigious that have psychological, social and material dimensions.Item العوامل المؤثرة في تنامي ظاهرة العنف الممارس ضد الأطفال في الأسرة الجزائرية(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2016-05-01) الجوزي, وهيبةمما لاشك فيه أن ثقافة المجتمع هي التي تحدد نوعية وعمق شخصية الفرد. وذلك عن طريق التقنيات المتعددة والمختلفة المستعملة في تربيته. إلا أنّ مفعولها لا يتوقف عند هذا الحد، بل يتجاوز ذلك، إلى تشكيل باقي الأجزاء من الشخصية الاجتماعية. حيث تزودها بأنماط من الاستجابة الجادة والنوعية. وتستمر هذه العملية طيلة استمرارية حياة الفرد في المجتمع. وإلا فقد يؤدي ذلك إلى انحرافات اجتماعية لدور الأسرة داخل المجتمع، في أبرز أدوارها ومهامها، ألا وهي تربية الأطفال والحرص على التنمية السوية لشخصيتهم في الأسرة الجزائرية والمجتمع ككل؛ ومن أخطر الانحرافات الاجتماعية: الانحراف الأسري المتجسد في ممارسة العنف ضد الأطفال في الوسط الأسري، وأثر ذلك على شخصية الطفل وعلى المنظومة القيمية التي تبنى عليها الحياة الاجتماعية ككل. الإشكال المطروح في هذا البحث The culture of a society determines the type and depth of the of the individual’s personality through different education techniques. This influence is not limited to this but extends to other dimensions of its social personality that are provided with serious and qualitative types of reactions. This process continues throughout the duration of the individual’s life in order to avoid social deviations in its functions and missions, namely, the education of children and the desire to ensure the harmonious development of their personality within the Algerian family and society. Among the major deviations: violence against children in the family environment and its impact on the personality of the Child and on the system of values on which rests the social life as a whole. : La culture d’une société détermine le type et la profondeur de la personnalité de l’individu par le biais de différentes techniques d’éducation. Cette influence ne se limite pas à cela mais s’étend aux autres dimensions de sa personnalité sociale qu’elle pourvoit en types de réactions sérieuses et qualitatives. Ce processus se poursuit pendant toute la durée de la vie de l’individu afin d’éviter les déviations sociales dans ses fonctions et missions, à savoir l’éducation des enfants et le souci d’assurer le développement harmonieux de leur personnalité au sein de la famille algérienne et la société. Parmi les déviations majeures : la violence envers les enfants en milieu familial et son impact sur la personnalité de l’enfant et sur le système de valeurs sur lequel repose la vie sociale entière.
