Item التربية الاسرية على الثقافة المرورية في الوسط الحضري(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2019-06-30) شعبان, أميمةلقد أصبحت الحوادث المرورية بما يترتب عليها من خسائر بشرية واقتصادية من أصعب المشكلات التي تعطل تطور المجتمع وتنميته، وهي بذلك من أكثرها جذبا لاهتمام الباحثين، ليتجند كل في ميدانه للإحاطة بها وكبح جماحها. وفي هذه المداخلة أردنا أن نتناول الموضوع من باب الأسرة التي تلعب دورا جوهريا من خلال وظيفة التربية الاسرية، والتي نحسبها استراتيجية فعالة لإكساب الفرد بنيانا قيميا وثقافة مرورية يحددان له نوع السلوك المروري المرغوب فيه من وجهة نظر المجتمع والقانون، والكفيل بحفظ سلامته في الوسط الحضري، وحفظ مقومات المجتمع البشرية والاقتصادية بشكل عام. Traffic accidents have become one of the hardest problems that disrupt the evolution and development of society because of the casualties and economic loss that cause. Accordingly, it is the most attractive to researcher’s attention, in order to find a solution to this problem. In this communication, we tackled this subject through family which play a fundamental role within the function of education, that we consider as an effective strategy that help the individual to acquire some valuables and cultural manners that determine the kind of traffic behavior desired by both community and law, and which is responsible to keep the individual safe within the urban area, and protect human and economic constituents of society.Item المدرسة الجزائرية بين التربية والتوعية المرورية(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2013-09-01) الجوزي, وهيبةRoad accidents represent a social phenomenon that has dramatically increased in the Algerian society so as to threaten security and social stability of the country and the people. They are often due to the underestimation and ignorance of its tragic consequences, shown by statistics that highlight the heavy losses of life and property, and added to the deep psychological and social effects on individuals and families. They represent one of the biggest and most serious contemporary problems faced by countries including Algeria, both through government and social or civil institutions. All countries are preoccupied and pay great attention to this social scourge. Algeria is ranking first with regard to road accidents at the level of the Arab countries and fourth in the world. Faced with this painful situation, we have tried to study the deep causes of this phenomenon, taking into account the traffic law program between education and awareness, addressing at the same time the role of educational institutions and scientific research in theawareness of traffic safety at the individual level, family and society. Résumé : Les accidents de la circulation représentent un phénomène social, qui s’est dangereusement aggravé dans la société algérienne menaçant la sécurité et la stabilité sociale du pays et des personnes, souvent en raison de la sous-estimation et l’ignorance de ses graves conséquences, établies statistiquement, causant de lourdes pertes en vies humaines et en biens, et les effets psychologiques et sociaux sur les individus et les familles, ils représentent l'un des problèmes contemporains les plus importants et les plus graves rencontrés par les pays dont l'Algérie, à la fois au niveau du gouvernement et des institutions sociales ou civiles. Tous les pays sont préoccupés par ce fléau social, et par la gravité de la situation ; en ce qui concerne les accidents de la circulation, l’Algérie est classée première au niveau des pays arabes, et quatrième dans le monde. Face à cette situation douloureuse, nous avons essayé d'étudier les causes profondes de ce phénomène, mettant en rapport le programme du code de la route entre l'éducation et la sensibilisation, en considérant le rôle des établissements d'enseignement et de la recherche scientifique dans la sensibilisation à la sécurité routière de l'individu, la famille et la société. تعدّ حوادث المرور ظاهرة اجتماعية استفحلت في المجتمع الجزائري بشكل رهيب، جعلها تهدد الأمن والاستقرار الاجتماعي للبلاد والعباد، وفي الغالب يرجع ذلك إلى الاستهانة والتجاهل لنتائجها الخطيرة، المبيّنة إحصائيا وما تخلفه من خسائر فادحة في الأرواح والممتلكات ومن آثار نفسية واجتماعية على الأفراد والأسر؛ فهي تمثل إحدى أكبر وأخطر المشكلات المعاصرة التي واجهتها الدول ومن بينها الجزائر، سواء من خلال مؤسساتها الحكومية والاجتماعية أو المدنية، والواقع أنّ البلدان جميعها باتت منشغلة وتُولي اهتماما كبيرا لهذه الآفة الاجتماعية. تم تصنيف الجزائر على مستوى البلدان العربية من حيث خطورة حوادث المرور في الصف الأول، والمرتبة الرابعة في العالم. أمام هذا الوضع المؤلم، حاولنا دراسة الأسباب العميقة لهذه الظاهرة، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار برنامج قانون المرور بين التربية والتحسيس، مع التطرق في نفس الوقت إلى دور كل من المؤسسات التربوية و البحث العلمي في التوعية المرورية وسلامتها عند الفرد والأسرة والمجتمع.
