Item أثر التفكك الأسري على انحراف الأحداث(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2016-12-01) عراب ثاني, نجيةتعتبر الأسرة أول مؤسسة اجتماعية مسئولة عن تنشئة وتربية الأبناء في المجتمع، ومن اهم شروط توفقها في ذلك سلامتها الداخلية من حيث كمال أركانها وسلامة علاقاتها التواصلية الأسرية، حيث ينشأ الابناء في جو يبعث على الاستقرار والتوازن النفسي الاجتماعي. وفي حال اهتزاز أحد هذه الثوابت سينتج عنه تفكك الأسري أو طلاق، لنجد أول من يعاني من هذه الحالة هم فئة الاحداث، فيصبح هؤلاء يبحثون عن الاحتواء والاهتمام والأمان خارج حدود الأسرة في مجال واسع، سلم القيم فيه لا تحده قيم أو ضوابط اجتماعية، فتبدأ سلوكياتهم بتجاوز الأطر المضبوطة اجتماعيا ليصبحوا عندها افردا منحرفين. The family is the first social institution responsible for the upbringing and education of children in the society. If shaking one of these constants will result Family, or divorce, to find the first to suffer from this situation are the category of events, so they are looking for containment and attention and safety outside the boundaries of the family in a wide area, the ladder of values is not limited by social values or controls, Their behavior begins to go beyond socially controlled frameworks and then become perverts.Item الوسط الأسري وانحراف المراهق (دراسة ميدانية بمدينة تبسة)(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2016-12-01) بوطوطن, محمد الصالح; عايد, محمدسنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة معرفة إلى أي مدى تساهم الاضطرابات الأسرية في انحراف التلميذ المراهق, لنتوصل إلى تفسير علاقة الجو الأسري ممثلا في طبيعة العلاقة بين الوالدين والعلاقة مع الأبناء, وما يعتري هذه العلاقة من شقاق ونزاع يؤدي لانحراف التلاميذ, وكذلك الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية التي يتركها هذا الاضطراب في هذه الفئة لمعرفة أهم مظاهر الانحراف الموجودة في الوسط المدرسي, هذا بالإضافة إلى التركيز على التراث المعرفي السوسيولوجي من نظريات ودراسات ألقت الضوء على هذا الموضوع بالتحليل والدراسة. Through this study, we will try to find out to what extent family disorders contribute to the delinquency of the adolescent student, in order to arrive at an explanation of the relationship of the family atmosphere, represented by the nature of the relationship between parents and the relationship with children, and the discord and conflict that leads to the deviation of students, as well as the psychological and social effects it leaves This disorder in this category to see the most important manifestations of deviation in the school environment, in addition to focusing on the cognitive sociological heritage of theories and studies that shed light on this topic through analysis and study.Item الطلاق وجنوح الأحداث(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2014-01-01) عسولات, جويـدةDivorce is a parental separation and a collapse of family’s emotional cohesion and social construction too, adding the demise of the different elements which contributes to its existence. Thus, divorce entails psychological, social and educational problems educationaly.As a child he is exposed to many problems resulting from the divorce of his parents as : lackness of affection and tenderness and also lack of a sense of security . Added to these problems : the ethical problems as a result of the development of the sudden change in the lives of children after divorce of their parents. In addition to the material problems resulting from the lack of parental cooperation, which may prevent the child from completing his education with great deprivation and lack of appearances among his community in terms of clothing and daily expenses as he used to do in his previous life. All these elements, have negative impacts on the child's personality and lack of adaptability with the outside community and leads him to a deviation from the general behavior and falling into crime. يعتبر الـــــطلاق هو انفصال الوالدين وانهيار التماسك العاطفي والبناء الاجتماعي للأسرة وزوال مقومات وجودها، فالطلاق تترتب عليه مشكلات وأثار سلبية على الأسرة والمجتمع وتنعكس تلك الآثار على الأطفال من الناحية النفسية والاجتماعية والتربوية، كحرمانه للعطف والحنان وعدم الشعور بالأمن، كما يترتب على الطلاق مشكلات أخلاقية نتيجة لوضع التغير المفاجئ فى حياة الأطفال بعد طلاق الوالدين وهذا بالإضافة إلى المشكلات المادية نتيجة عدم التعاون الوالدين الذي قد يترتب عليه حرمان الطفل من استكمال تعليمه وعدم ظهوره بالمظهر اللائق فى المجتمع الخارجي من حيث الملبس والمصروف اليومي بصورة التى اعتاد عليها فى حياته السابقة، كل هّذا له انعكاسات سلبية على شخصية الطفل وعدم تكيفه مع المجتمع الخارجي بل يؤدى به إلى الانحراف عن السلوك العام والوقوع فى الجريمة. Ledivorcesignifie la séparation parentale et l’effondrement de la cohésion émotionnelle et de la construction sociale de la famille ainsi que la disparition des éléments de son existence.Le divorce entraîne des problèmes et des effets qui se reflètent négativement sur les enfants entrainant chez eux des perturbations sur le plan psychologique, social et éducatif. Eneffet l’enfant est exposé à de nombreux problèmes résultants du divorce, comme le manque d’affection etle sentiment d’insécurité ; sans oublier les problèmes d’ordre éthique suite à ce brusque changement dans leur vie après le divorce de leurs parents. A coté desproblèmes matériels en raison de l'absence de coopération entre le couple,ce qui peut entraîner chez cet enfant une privation en matière d'éducation et une présentation sociale non-appropriée avec sa communauté en matière d'habillement et de dépenses quotidiennes comme il avait l’habitude de le faire précédemment. Tous ces facteurs ont des effets négatifs sur la personnalité de l'enfant et sur son manque d'adaptation avec le monde extérieur. Ce qui malheureusement le conduit à une déviation de son comportement général et à des actes criminels.
