Item دور المدرسة في الحد من الجريمة عبر مناهجها الدراسية دراسة تحليلية للمقررات المدرسية للمرحلة الابتدائية- الجيل الثاني نموذجا(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة والتنمية والوقاية من الانحراف والاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزاىر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2020-12-31) فنطازي, كريمة; مراد, فاطمة الزهراءجاءت دراستنا بهدف تحليل مناهجنا المدرسية الجيل الثاني ذات التوجه البنائي الاجتماعي، الذي اتخذته الكثير من دول العالم كمرجعية نظرية وتطبيقية لمناهجها إيمانا بضرورة الطرح الاجتماعي للمسالة التربوية، باعتبار المدرسة مؤسسة اجتماعية لتنشئة الأفراد وفق قيم المجتمع وفلسفته . وقد اتخذت الدراسة من مقررات التعليم الابتدائي للسنوات الثلاث الأولى لمواد التربية الإسلامية و اللغة العربية والتربية المدنية عينة لها، بوصفها أكثر المواد الدراسية تداولا للقيم، ولأهمية المرحلة العمرية في البناء القيمي للطفل. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن : -المقررات المقترحة في المواد المحللة تؤكد البعد الاجتماعي القيمي والتربوي للمناهج، التي تحث على حب الأسرة وتكاثفها وحب الوطن وخدمته، وضرورة احترام الآخر وتقبله، وغيرها من القيم الأسرية والاجتماعية والعالمية وتعمل على إعداد طفل متوازن نفسيا بعيدا كل البعد عن التفكير في الجريمة أو الانضمام إليها. -هناك غياب لقيم نرى إدراجها مهما وأكيدا كالقناعة والحلم والتسامح ونبذ العنف، مما يجعلنا ننهي دراستنا بتساؤلات أخرى تطرح نفسها وهي : أين يكمن الخلل في عملية بناء القيم التي تردع الجريمة عبر مناهجنا الدراسية؟ هل هو في المحتوى، أم في طرق التبليغ أم في من يبلغها أم في البيئة المحيطة ككل؟ This study aims to analyse the new curriculums adopted by Algeria and many countries, due to the huge impact of school on the community. We choosed the first three years of primary school analysing arabic, islamic, and civil education which has a very interesting content and deal with children in a very delicate age. We deduced : -Our curriculums are full of valors such as tolerance, acceptance, show love for family and friends, that contribute to build up a balanced child. We also noted a lac of mentioning conviction, forgiving, non- violence valors. So we wonder : -what misses in our curriculums to protect children from crimes and violence ? -is it the content or the way of teaching, or the teachers, or the community ? Cette étude vise à analyser les nouveaux curriculums adaptés par l’Algérie et d’autres pays dans le cadre de l’amélioration du secteur de l’éducation. Pour arriver à cette fin, on a choisit de se focaliser sur les 3 premières années de l’école primaire et plus exactement sur les livres d’arabe, sciences islamiques, sciences civils. On a conclut que : Nos curriculums comportent des valeurs telles que la tolérance, l’acceptance… qui contribuent à construire un enfant éduqué et équilibré. On a remarqué également le manque d’autres valeurs telles que la contentement, le pardon, et la non-violence. Donc, on se demande : Que manque dans nos curriculums pour qu’on puisse protéger nos enfants contre le crime et la violence ! Est il le contenu ! la manière dont il est exposé ! ou la communauté !Item أثر التفكك الأسري على انحراف الأحداث(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2016-12-01) عراب ثاني, نجيةتعتبر الأسرة أول مؤسسة اجتماعية مسئولة عن تنشئة وتربية الأبناء في المجتمع، ومن اهم شروط توفقها في ذلك سلامتها الداخلية من حيث كمال أركانها وسلامة علاقاتها التواصلية الأسرية، حيث ينشأ الابناء في جو يبعث على الاستقرار والتوازن النفسي الاجتماعي. وفي حال اهتزاز أحد هذه الثوابت سينتج عنه تفكك الأسري أو طلاق، لنجد أول من يعاني من هذه الحالة هم فئة الاحداث، فيصبح هؤلاء يبحثون عن الاحتواء والاهتمام والأمان خارج حدود الأسرة في مجال واسع، سلم القيم فيه لا تحده قيم أو ضوابط اجتماعية، فتبدأ سلوكياتهم بتجاوز الأطر المضبوطة اجتماعيا ليصبحوا عندها افردا منحرفين. The family is the first social institution responsible for the upbringing and education of children in the society. Among the most important conditions are the internal safety in terms of the integrity of the family and the safety of its family communication, where the children are born in an atmosphere of stability and social psychological balance. If shaking one of these constants will result Family, or divorce, to find the first to suffer from this situation are the category of events, so they are looking for containment and attention and safety outside the boundaries of the family in a wide area, the ladder of values is not limited by social values or controls, Their behavior begins to go beyond socially controlled frameworks and then become perverts.
