Item The Phenomenon Of Begging And Its Impact On Algerian Society(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة-التنمية-الوقاية من الانحراف والاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2025-07-10) Megdoud, FaridaThe social phenomenon of begging is an uncivilized practice that threatens societies and distorts the image of cities all over the world, as the phenomenon affects national security; increases crime rates; raises unemployment; and leads to intellectual and moral decay as a consequence of beggars using drugs and promoting them individuals. The types and methods of begging have diversified over time, becoming more and more creative and impactful. Despite the existence of many deterrent laws, the phenomenon is increasingly spreading which requires studies and analyses to be conducted in order to limit its spread, and governmental and societal efforts to be intensified so that radical sustainable solutions are provided.Item السياسة التربوية ودورها في الوقاية من تعاطي المخدرات وارتكاب الجرائم في الجزائر(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2024-08-31) خروبي بزارة, عمرتتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع السياسة التربوية ودورها في الوقاية من تعاطي المخدرات وارتكاب الجرائم في الجزائر ، وتهدف الدراسة بشكل عام إلى إبراز مدى أهمية السياسة التربوية في الوقاية من ارتكاب مختلف أنواع الجرائم في الوسط التربوي أو المجتمعي و قدرتها على تكوين إطارات المستقبل الذين يحملون مشعل التنمية المستدامة لصالح المجتمع والدولة، وتحقيق هذه الأهداف لا يكون إلا إذا كان لهذه السياسة بعد وطني يعبر عن طبيعة المجتمع الجزائري فتأثر فيه وتتأثر به، وبعد عالمي إنساني تتأقلم وتتفاعل معه دون المساس بالبعد الأول الذي يجب أن ينمي عن رغبة في إحداث تلك التنمية النفسية والفكرية والأخلاقية للشباب الجزائري وخاصة فئة المراهقين، وهذا حتى تكون للسياسة التربوية فعالية في الوقاية من الآفات والجرائم التي لا يمكن للمجتمع الجزائري تفاديها إلا بها This study addresses the subject of educational policy and its role in the prevention of drug abuse and crime in Algeria. In general, the study aims to highlight the importance of educational policy in preventing the commission of various kinds of crimes in the educational or community environment and its ability to form frameworks for the future that carry the flame of sustainable development for the benefit of society and the State. Achieving these goals is only if the policy has a national dimension that reflects the nature of Algerian society and is influenced and influenced by it. and, after a human world, adapt and interact with it without prejudice to the first dimension, which must develop a desire for that psychological, intellectual and moral development of Algerian youth, especially the group of adolescents, This is so that educational policy can be effective in preventing the scourges and crimes that Algerian society can only avoid.Item إسلام الزوجة تحت الزوج المسيحي(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية و الوقاية من الانحراف والاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2020-06-30) رضوان, ناشلقد صاحب انتشار الإسلام في المجتمعات الغربية ظاهرة عزوف أحد الزوجين عن اعتناق الدين الإسلامي وانشراح صدر الزوجة للدين الحق، وكثيرا ما تكون الزوجة المهتدية ضحية تجاذب فكري بين البقاء على عصمة زوج كافر أو طلب الانفصال عنه بحجة اختلاف الدين، هذه الظاهرة التي كانت محسومة في القديم ظهرت مجددا بحكم احتكاك المجتمعات العاصرة بشكل لم تشهده البشرية سابقا. The spread of Islam in western societies has been linked to the phenomenon of husband s reluctance to convert to Islam and wife s conversion buoyantly to the right religion. The converted wife is often a victim of an intellectual attraction between staying a wife for an unbelieving husband and demanding separation because of the difference in religion. This phenomenon which was settled in past appeared again because of the interaction of modern societies in a way that humanity has never experienced.Item الأسرة ودورها في التنشئة الاجتماعية دراسة سوسيولوجية(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2022-06-30) شطة, عطيةلم تزل الأسرة اللبِنة الأساسية منذ أن وجدت البشرية ووجد مفهوم المجتمعات على سذاجتها، ذلك أنها تُبنى على أساس تتفق عليه كافة الأعراف والديانات السماوية بارتباطٍ بين ذكر وأنثى فيضفى عليها بذلك طابع الشرعية. ولقد ظل لمفهوم الأسرة على مر العصور ترتعد منه فرائس من افتقد أسرة لغربة أو طيش أو شذوذ لظروف معينة فكان يحتمي بها ويفتخر إلا ان بريقها بدأ في الأفول بفعل الوافد على المجتمعات المحافظة من اغتراب واستلاب حضاري. وعليه، فإن الأسرة تبقى مناط كل سياسة تربوية باعتبارها منطلق التنشئة الاجتماعية التي تبنى على أساسها مستقبل الأمة وبها يضمن بقاؤها لتعلقها بجيل سيقود المجتمع في كل الميادين. الكلمات المفتاحية: عائلة، تنشئة، مجتمع، طفل The family has not been the building block since humanity's existence and the concept of societies has been found to be naive, as it is built on a basis agreed upon by all divine customs and religions with a link between male and female and thus legitimized. Throughout the ages, the concept of the family has been shaken by the prey of the family's lack of alienation, indiscretion or anomaly in certain circumstances, which it sheltered and boasted, but its glamour began to fall away from the expatriate of conservative societies. Consequently, the family remains the focus of every educational policy as the basis for socialization on which the nation's future is built and where it ensures its survival to be attached to a generation that will lead society in all fields.
